Fantastic experience: I never thought i would enjoy going to a gym, was told that i was starting to go last September by the Mrs. Always thought that gyms were full of people that would be looking down on a newbie. Couldn't be further from the truth at Agoge, didn't feel the eyes burning into me or anyone judging what i could or couldn't do. Caolan and Ciaran are great craic and you spend as much time laughing as you do training! Couldn't recommend highly enough.
