Fantastic experience: Trained here for a couple of days whilst on holiday at Thornwick Bay and absolutely loved it. It's an old school style of gym with a modern vibe as it mixes some old school equipment and some more modern pieces too. The Basic line pull over is an awesome bit of kit and a rare one too. There's a nice little area at the side of the gym for cardio, mobility and functional work. Would highly recommend for a anyone local or if your in the area for a while. Hope to visit again one day.

Fantastic experience: I took my son here when we were on holiday in July 2023. Kyle (who runs the gym) was friendly and helpful, and took time out to make sure he was happy there. The gym has great equipment, a friendly and welcoming clientele, and excellent pricing. If you're looking for a gym in Bridlington, whether you live there or you're on holiday, look no further. I'd recommend RT Fitness without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Went here while on holiday, Kyle was great and got me set up with a daypass, even knew where the nearest cashpoint was when I needed it. The gym has everything you'd ever need and everyone seems really friendly, will go here anytime I'm around Bridlington from now on.

Fantastic experience: If Steve Tighe's name is on any gym, you should go. Since taking over, he's definitely made the gym more female friendly. Extra bonus. Kettle-bells are now in the gym, there is space to do more circuit type exercising, the place is much cleaner. And the staff are lovely. The girl is very approachable and the tall lad with the funny south Yorkshire accent is always friendly too. :-)

Fantastic experience: In a word full of commercial gyms, this place is a true gem. Nice variety of machines from good brands. The atmosphere was good and I was welcomed. The day pass cost me £5 and was worth every dam penny!!

Fantastic experience: We needed a help with a heavy AGA barrel and Kyle from the gym came and helped us with the lift. We are most appreciative of his help and we highly recommend RT as the gym to go to.

Fantastic experience: Cracking gym. Rarely in Brid so haven't visited for 3 years, but was happy to see a lot of new kit. Some really good stuff in there too, if you know your way around a gym you'll be in heaven. Super friendly, very trusting, they let me walk in without paying on promise of a bank transfer which I just remembered I didn't do yet! Will do it now :) Keep it up and see you next time I'm in town.
