We believe results should be achievable & sustainable, our coaching team will work closely with you, creating a bespoke, clinical plan to ensure you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Modern fully equipped gym in the village of Ahoghill. Fitted out with the very best of equipment in the fitness industry such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Jordan and BH Fitness you will go a long way to find facilities any better than these. Highly recommended!
