Fantastic experience: Definitely one of the best if not the best gyms I have trained at vending machine inside the gym with all your drinks, nutritional needs protein bars etc also very good range or shakes pre work outs during manned hours and a great mixture of old school body building equipment and a lot of new equipment and cardio gear to top tier gym

Positive experience: Paragon Gym is an upcoming independent gym for those who are serious about getting fit. With a wide range of clientele, every one is welcome and help is never far. Doesn't matter if you're a twice a dayer or first time tryer, you'll never feel out of place or unwelcome.

Fantastic experience: Started attending Paragon Gym about a month ago, during that time period found all the staff and the owner a great bunch, friendly and helpful with advice. Today joined as a full member. Paragon Gym is a really good place to train for all levels of abilities. Good clean environment and plenty of good equipment to work on. Well worth a look.

Fantastic experience: Edit...still the best gym after 2 years. Even better now it's 24/7 Been going to Paragon for 2 months. I hate the thought of walking into a new gym, not knowing where anything is & even more so when it's not one of the 'chain' gyms. From the point I signed up I knew this was my place. Staff & customers are really friendly & helpful. Loads of equipment for all ages, sizes & fitness levels. The gym floor is tidy - love how people put everything back!!! ☺️ Definitely worth a look if you want to get the best out of your training in a welcoming environment

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for about a month now and I can safely say If I was to recommend one to a friend/family I’d definitely recommend this one. As a total beginner I’ve tried a few gyms but would always give up after a few days, I would never feel at ease. Switching to Paragon gym made all the difference: the equipment is badass, staff are lovely and always happy to help, owners take feedback on board and the overall atmosphere at the gym is just so welcoming. If you’ve been struggling with gyms, this is the one that may be for you!

Positive experience: I visited this gym with my friend as it's local to where we live. Once through the main door, you arrive at reception, where friendly staff are waiting to assist. You can choose pay as you go, pay monthly or yearly membership. All the prices are quite reasonable. The gym also does protein shakes and related products, if you fancy anything after your workout. The machines are kept in good condition with a great range of machines, free weights, training area and running machines. The gym is kept clean and tidy with a comfortable workout atmosphere. Would recommend to friends and family.
