Fantastic experience: I have recently left F45 Croydon to move abroad for work and I massively miss it! The classes were inspiring, challenging but always do-able. The trainers were super personable and knew everybody by name. Customer service and atmosphere was always brilliant. The unlimited classes package is expensive but worth every penny. I cannot recommend F45 Croydon enough!

Positive experience: I absolutely loved my experience training at F45! The coaches were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to guide and motivate me through each session. The members were equally welcoming, creating a supportive community that made every class enjoyable. The workouts were challenging yet accessible, making it a fantastic way to get back into fitness and build strength and endurance. Overall, F45 has been an amazing place to reignite my passion for working out.

Fantastic experience: Top-tier gym with a friendly and welcoming community. F45 provides all the benefits of PT combined with group exercise sessions. There’s a mix of cardio and resistance workouts and the coaches also provide nutrition advice as part of the membership.

Fantastic experience: F45 Croydon is the best gym studio in the area! Much larger than other studios around the world! The trainers are professional, friendly and supportive. Definitely a great community, where you feel welcomed from the very first class. I noticed visible results within the first 3 months, as each class is structured differently.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY TRASH SERVICE. Do not waste your time or money. Very disgraceful customer service and no one ever picks up the phone. If you ask for a refund you will be ignored. Don’t bother never answers the phone once they have your money!

Fantastic experience: I have been training here from August 2023. Csaba, Ayse and the team they build are amazing: competent, passionate and kind. They provided me with regular, clear, simple and no-bullshit guidance to achieve my goals, which has proven very effective. All the trainers have an amazing energy and group workouts really challenge people to push themselves in a fun way. It really shows how they have at heart seeing everyone reach their goals and get better. I have joined looking for a structured program of high intensity exercise that could challenge me, get me back in shape after a long period of idleness after an injury and an overseas relocation, focusing on overall physical performance, including cardio, explosive movements, mobility, strength and conditioning. After 5 months of consistent training I have lost 10 kgs and 13cm in waist. I feel completely different. Considering the prices of other studios in the city centre, the efficacy of the program and the attention that is given to individual customer, I would consider value for money to be very high. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I started F45 in May 2022 as I really needed to revamp and reshape my fitness journey. From day 1, Csaba and Ayse welcomed me into the F45 family. The sessions are challenging and the trainers really try their best to understand your personal goals and support (push!) you. If you maintain a routine and discipline in and out of the sessions, you are guaranteed to see results. By a mile though, I’d say the community and friends I’ve met there are next to none. It was truly life changing. As I move on to my next chapter, there is only one gym i’ll be joining - F45 here I come!

Fantastic experience: I have been training just over a month at F45 Croydon. I was a bit apprehensive going back to a gym after a year doing home workouts. But you know what?! It was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. The place is very welcoming, the trainers are friendly, polite and professional. Having a training partner in all the sessions is a plus, we encourage and support one other. Another thing I love about F45 Croydon is the training hours, they have morning, afternoon and evening sessions which suits me perfectly. I highly recommend it.

I first joined because I needed to prepare for a very important event and I had about 6 months to look my best. Csaba was so accommodating with booking me into extra classes, giving me diet and nutrition advice, and keeping me going on days that I was struggling. The trainers played a HUGE part in pushing me, motivating me, switching up exercises as I needed, and preventing me from injury, all while driving me towards my goal. Even the members were extremely supportive and encouraging, cheering me on along the way - such a great community! That event came and went months ago; I could not be happier with my fitness and results, and I'm still at F45 Croydon all this time later because I absolutely love it! The workouts continuously challenge me since they are different every day, the trainers are so helpful, Csaba and Ayse are so kind and supportive towards me, and the community there - I have found the most incredible group of friends in this gym. F45 Croydon has genuinely been life-changing for me, I cannot recommend it enough!

Negative experience: Too be honest I was excited to train here however, as great as the members and instructors were, I can’t say the same for the owners as from the very start all I received was a lot of over promising once I join and no delivery of the service I was promised, this was very disappointing. My biggest issue was signing up with my card and every month the payment would be taken automatically even after you terminate your contract they will still charge your card as you can’t delete your card of their system. This is very frustrating to say the least. Unfortunately getting your money refunded back is a joke as they will always tell you ‘there is a glitch in the system’. Nothing but a sales pitch in order to get you to sign up and pay £175 a month! Not worth the money to be fair.

I remember my first question to Csaba was how long would it take to get to my ideal size and he responded with who is going to win the lottery this week?. Indirectly, he was letting me know I needed to take a long term view. I won one of the fitness challenges and it was a proud moment for me. I truly enjoyed my time and made friends and family. For the days I was stressed mentally, F45 provided that place where I could go and I was guaranteed to feel better when I left. Now exercising is a lifestyle and I enjoy it rather than endure it. I came in to loose weight but instead I built a fitter and leaner body and weight loss was only the byproduct. The service provision in the building is high end. The daily energy shakes with the best the flavours you can ever imagined. I go there on a daily basis and you never want to leave the building. You are always greeted by your name, which I found incredibly. The massage section of the business is outstanding. I had a problem with my knee and upper arm, and it’s now better after having their services. Csaba The CEO is superb in customer service and his team is well equipped with knowledge and skills you ever need to darken the doors of a gym. Well done F45 Croydon! Fantastic experience: Originally started training with F45 because of my partner, however after a few sessions I started really enjoying the classes. The change up in the daily classes really excite me and keeps me motivated and coming back for me. I never really enjoyed group workouts however at F45 it’s group with a personal trainer touch! The trainers are there not only to motivate you and keep you going but also to ensure that you’re doing the exercise correctly and your challenging yourself.

Fantastic experience: With a skeptical approach to PT and circuit training I joined F45 Croydon but I was pleasantly surprised at the results! Csaba is extremely friendly and welcoming. He talked me through my fitness goals and I've seen amazing toned results 6 mths on! Highly recommend the Croydon team (Molly, Jacob, Page, Tyrelle etc.) are brilliant! I had so much fun.

Negative experience: VERY DISSAPOINTED. NOT RECOMMENDED Basically just classes like any other gym (although they promote themselves as not the same- they are! Just triple the price). I went because of reviews on here, but like any company they ask clients to give good reviews. I’m not one to give bad reviews unless it necessary. This is necessary. Just a wealthy chain company with good advertising. I was told my workouts would be personalised when needed to achieve my results, I’d be pushed and helped and health conditions wound be taken in account. I have a common health condition (diastis recti) I told them about when I signed up, they pretended to know what it was and told me trainers would ensure they help me with it during workouts. They did not, most don’t even know what it was and would roll their eyes when I said I couldn’t do a certain workout or I’d miss out on workout time sitting out of exercises. All workouts are the same for everyone, if it’s too hard and you can’t do it, too bad. Some trainers pressure you to pick heavier weights than necessary compromising on form and a pointless workout. I ended up suffering from so much back pain and achieving little results. Incorrectly charged multiple times because of their faulty app. I reached out for help but either too busy or eventually gave me the most useless advice which was to just keep pushing on and tried the say I didn’t I wasn’t going in enough and it was my fault! Didn’t even address the issue! The equipment is not clean, despite sprays and cloths being everywhere for show (they are not actually used!) Meal plan they advertise is basic app, that doesn’t work properly, there are better free apps. When I asked to cancel due to these conditions I was passed on to a collection department. GREEDY! Not recommended. Save your money, and go to plenty of other gyms that have equipment, parking, actually care about your health not just out for your cash.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym! We are members of F45 in Bangkok and wanted to try out the Croydon branch while visiting friends. We could only squeeze in 4 days, but loved every single workout and felt so motivated to keep coming back. All the trainers are so friendly and welcoming, they are also experts in their field and made sure we stayed safe and pushed ourselves to maximize the workout! The facilities are great, with good changing facilities too, so super handy if you need to shower and get on with your day after (hairdryer and straighteners also!). One of our favorite things was the home made protein smoothies you can get after every workout. They tasted incredible, were super healthy, and a bargain! Next time we’re back in Croydon we will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: As a member of an F45 gym in Bangkok, I came to F45 Croydon during my holidays. Right away, I was greeted by Csaba (the manager) and he introduced me to the trainers. They were all lovely and made a conscious effort to welcome me to the group and make sure I was fully aware of what was going on. The workout itself was incredible - the instructors are so motivating and push you to the limits! Of course, music was quality in every session! I ended my session with a protein smoothie made by Csaba, which was delicious! In my 4 day trip, I went everyday! Csaba and the team have done an incredible job with F45 Croydon and I’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: My first experience with F45 Croydon have been super exciting. I am a working professional and due to work from home I was loosing my energy levels and fitness and that is where I got a call from Csaba who is trainer and also owner here; I still remember when I met him during my first session where i was not able to do the workout for more than 15mins and I came out from the session. Csaba was very supportive during my hard and initial time at studio and motivated me to continue. Now its my second month, I train about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive results, very optimistic and encouraging trainers, also awesome music and participants who attend the sessions, creating a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide everything required for pre and post workout(like protein shakes, BCAA, towels, water, shower rooms) and most importantly the same group of quality trainers @JacobFerry @PageBarrington @TyrelleHowell @MollyJohn, are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results and enjoying every workout.

Fantastic experience: I've tried so many workouts over the years, but this is the best The correct balance between Group work and 1 to 1 personal training, Friendly and competent trainers are on the move to Encourage, show you proper form and help with weight selection, but give just enough space to catch your breath when you need to . Workouts are different every day and I have never left that gym without feeling like I've achieved… And More than just seeing results which I am, Day to Day I have a bigger spring in my step; im Physically stronger, and just ready to be more active. Fantastic experience: I joined F45 last year and was really nervous about joining a gym after years of not exercising. Now I love going to the gym which I never thought I'd ever feel! I couldn't recommend F45 more highly, the trainer's have been so supportive and helpful and I've lost the weight that I set out to lose! I've made some amazing friends here too, I love the fact that every time a walk into class there is someone I know and such a friendly community of people. I am now pregnant and have been so impressed with how the trainer's have supported me and adapted some of the exercises so that I can continue to train safely.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for nearly a year (from date of posting this review) and I would consider it to be one of the best investments in myself I have ever made. The classes are well curated and intense, the staff are lovely and affable, plus if you have any questions or need help with exercises, the team are always there to assist. For anyone considering joining; it's tough when you start, but if you want to see results fast and have the discipline and commitment to go regularly, you will definitely see results. Your stamina and cardiovascular health will improve with each week and the psychological benefits of intense exercise will make you feel like you've done something good in your day. tl;dr - Great environment, lovely team, well curated and totally worth it if you think of it as an investment in your own physical health and wellbeing!

Fantastic experience: Its my first time joining this gym ‍♀️and I find all the sessions very interesting and its really fun to workout with all teams and members. Fantastic experience: The classes are amazing. Im so grateful to Csaba to bring me in 'from the street' where I was introducing with the leaflet and E45 projcet as a first. Before I passed the place milion times and always was saying to myself 'one day will join it' - but never happened until I was talk to Csaba. All trainers are great, so professional, paying attention to everyone and doing perfect job. Lovely music adjusted to exercises. The atmosphere so nice, make me feel comfortable, confident. After few weeks of joining the sessions regular I feel more energetic , mentaly rested and physically stronger. Definetely recommend for everyone to try and put more positivity in their lives, have a fun and do something for ourselves. On the top of it the team offering lovely protein drinks( the berry one is my favourite) which when drink regularly and having proper balance diet increase my health level, body shape and mood stability. Fantastic experience: I’m not usually one that writes a review, but I had to for F45 in Croydon as this is arguably the best HIIT training I have ever done. If you want to get fit, lose body fat and look and feel great, this place is for you. The workouts are insane and challenging for even the fittest. No workout is the same and the instructors help and motivate you and ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. Fantastic experience: As a muslim women who dresses modestly and covers her hair i can say that i felt comfortable at f45. The staff are very friendly and professional. They make sure you feel comfortable and welcome and they are very precise and informative. They care about the right technics. They will adjust the workout routine acording to your level but at the same time encourage you to gon further. The attitude or the staff makes you want to go further into the workout and at the end of the session you will feel like you have made a huge achievment. There are a wide selection of session slots to fit everyones needs. Everyday is a Different workout with different techniques and idfferent equipment. The workouts are base around different parts of your body and not focuss on only one part. I want to say a shout to Csaba, Victoria, Olly and Page. Thank you for making my time at F45 fun and enjoyable. I have finally fallen in love with exercise. The other class mates at the workout sessions are friendly. I am very overweight but did not feel like an outsider. I did not feel silly or uncomfortable because there is a mix of people all at different levels of fitness and every one is focus on themselves and there own goals. If you are thinking of joining I would say give it a go. This may be the right fitness routine for you. If you have watch Khloe Kardashians revenge body and have seen the fitness instructors and the way they work with their clients. This class will give you the same feel.

Fantastic experience: This facility is like no other, it gives you the best workouts and training. Led by there outstanding coaches that are there to support and guide you through the workouts. I’ve never felt such a family community whiles training, everyone is so supportive and friendly and it really helps to push and motivate yourself to get to the next level of your fitness journey. 10/10 would recommend.
