Fantastic experience: Sonia is an excellent PT. She has a great well equipped studio and can offer online PT sessions when unable to get into the studio. I feel no judgement when working out with her and she is able to adjust exercises to suit the person. Bonus is the lovely wellness center above for delicious food and drinks!

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive about doing virtual classes with Sonia (I had been going to Sonia for about a month previously and doing F2F sessions) but due to being called overseas at short notice, I decided to try it. I have been immensely impressed with Sonia’s preparation, commitment and corrective instructions doing these virtual classes. It also means that if the weather is super bad when I’m back in the country (or when I’m next traveling) I can still do my classes. I gain a great deal of alertness after each class and with Sonia’s sense of humour, I also have a laugh each morning. What better way to start the day!!

Fantastic experience: I miss admit was a bit sceptical. But absolutely delighted that Sonia has proved me wrong. She is very thorough. Person centred. With a clear passion for what she does and very knowledgeable. Sonia knows how to get real sustainable regular results. Since training in last few months I have had perfect weightloss results. Better mobility each time I visit her lovely countryside studio setting. Tons more energy and focus. I highly recommend her services.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying my PT sessions with Sonia. I was very nervous to start with a PT, as I hadn't exerised for some time but Sonia is really knowledgeable and she has given me a lot of confidence She has shown me that even in your 50's you can enjoy training and see results very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Sonia’s four week menopause program was informative and engaging. Her in-depth knowledge on the subject along with advice on nutrition, fitness, wellbeing and the introduction of activities and products each week were beneficial to both mind and body. This is an excellent program for what ever stage of menopause you may be at and require guidance on the subject. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Sonia took the time to talk me through my body breakdown (body fat, bmr, etc) and explained all things nutritional - getting more protein into my life. The 121 including tailored exercises that really had my body feeling that I had worked which was great. Honestly worth it, Sonia all the best with building your portfolio and clients.

Have given you All the help, encouragement and tried to get you engaging more in your own health. The rest is down to each individual taking personal responsibility on their eating alongside goals, and utilising my guidance to do so. Summary You give a car the wrong fuel and it won’t function correctly With little changes you’ll get there for sure

Fantastic experience: Sonia is a great personal trainer! We’ve only been working together for a few months, but I’ve felt so comfortable working with her right from the start. My training has been totally transformed as she has pushed me to try equipment that I would have been too scared to even attempt in a packed gym! Squat rack, deadlift, ropes - she has helped me have a go at them all for the first time and I’m now confident enough to go in and use them on my own, knowing I’m doing it correctly and understanding how it should ‘feel’ in order to make a difference. Cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I would have never thought I would actual have a personal trainer. At first I really wasn’t sure about it but then when she came to my house to meet me I instantly felt at ease she even managed to get my very nervous dog to sit on her which is strange… Our first session together went really well and she really pushes me in a way I would never actually do myself but I thank her for that. Even in a time when I wasn’t feeling my greatest she managed to motivate me to get up and get things done. Sonia is absolutely amazing and I’ll definitely be sticking with her from now on. I really recommend pacefitness to anyone that needs motivation to get moving.

Fantastic experience: I've never had a personal trainer before as I didn't think it would suit me, but when I came across Sonia's Instagram feed something just made sense. From the moment I met her I knew I'd made the right choice – she is warm, friendly, open and totally approachable. I'd been overweight for years until I got into yoga during the various Covid lockdowns, and in 18 months I managed to shift 25kg through a complete lifestyle change. Fast-forward to now, however, and I've put 20kg back on again. I'd been looking around for support to help me "start again", knowing I needed to make changes more sustainably this time. I was feeling pretty vulnerable when I found Sonia - upset about how I'd "let myself down" after getting so fit and so aware of how unfit/weak I felt, but she made getting healthy again (and for the long-term this time) feel 100% possible. I've only been training with her for a couple of weeks so far, but I can already tell that my body's responding positively. We train at my house which is super convenient, and she pushes me harder than I'd ever be able/willing to push myself on my own. Each session is a combination of cardio and strength training which she tailors depending on areas of focus or weakness. She kicks my butt in the best way and I can sense this is the turning point for me. I'm turning 30 in Feb and I can wait to enter the year well on my way to reaching my fitness goals and beyond. So pleased I found her. Would highly, highly recommend Pacefitness!
