Gymophobics Daventry

Fantastic experience: Been coming 5yrs now. Like my 2nd family. Ladies are lovely and very friendly and informative and welcoming. No men, no mirrors. I love it.

Fantastic experience: A lovely friendly ladies only gym in the centre of Daventry. Everyone has a personalised programme and the option to do extra online workouts and additional classes such as boot camp if they wish. Progress is reviewed regularly and exercises adjusted as appropriate. There’s a nice social element too with coffee mornings and party nights too. I would thoroughly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Gymophobics in Daventry as it is a ladies only Gym! You will loose weight, tone up with some amazing instructors. You can join the sugar free diet or the aerobic classes too! To top it off you will also meet some great ladies who will become amazing friends. Go ahead join you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: This is a ladies only gym . It's amazing, staff are friendly and always on hand to help. They make you your own personal program and then after regular reviews they will change it to suit you. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: LOVE THIS PLACE! Who loves exercise?! No one. But it's so different here! There's no judging like you get in a lot of gyms.. Just full support from everyone! Since day 1 they've been there to check everything is okay, that I'm happy. Sabina and her team are spot on.. in every way. I always have a good laugh to assist with my workout! Thank you! Just don't make the mistake of telling them you don't find something hard.. they'll make you regret it! Game face on! Xx

Fantastic experience: Love it at Gymophobics Daventry. The staff are friendly and helpful and we all have a great chat and a laugh. In 2 months I have lost weight, lost inches and feel better, all for half an hour of my days off..

Fantastic experience: I have been using the gym since January and the staff are very friendly and supportive the girls always greet you by your name and with a smile, I would just like to say thank you Daventry and well done.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant fun, friendly atmosphere and versatile. I joined to tone and support my medical condition. The ladies have been so supportive tweaking my plan when needed. My 9 year-old comes with me once a week and she loves it to as it compliments her football training. No mirrors, no gimmicks just a bunch of ladies with one thing in common and some cracking tunes to help. I've even got a plan I can do at home the days I cannot go but got addicted and aim for 5 from 7. Everyone can spare 30 minutes if they want to and the offerings from Sabina, Sharon, Lisa and Katie just keep coming. Glad I've joined and well done Daventry Gymaphobics team!!
