Fantastic experience: Excellent family run gym very well equipped and great staff and other gym members. All the equipment is regularly cleaned daily and well maintained all the facilities are very clean too. Staff always happy to help and found that the overall vibe is close knit and welcoming, was never too much to ask anyone for some advice, or someone to spot.

He offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out- even at 7am in the morning ;P . I feel much stronger all-around and can't wait to go back there tomorrow !

Fantastic experience: Been around a few gyms in my time. As soon as I started training at legion I started making gains. Increased my cardio and lean muscle mass. Totally flipped my routines and introduced new methods of resistance training as advised by mick and jag. Why go elsewhere and waste time and money when you have a great gym on your doorstep. Quality.

Fantastic experience: I started going to this gym in May 2014 and since then I have not looked back, the atmosphere in the gym is perfect for anyone who just wants to go and work out and meet fellow minded people. The owners are always on hand for advice and they do not hesitate to stop you while in the middle of a workout to advise you on the correct way of doing it. Mick one of the owners is predominately at the gym and he is like having a personal trainer without the cost of a personal trainer. His advice and training regime has helped me lose nearly 3 stones in weight and not only that I am now starting to see a considerable difference in the form of muscle. The people who attend this gym are very friendly most of them willing to have a chat and even give out advice themselves. Finally if you’re looking for a gym that is full of pretentious people who just go to the gym because it sounds good in a conversation then go to one of the big brand gyms otherwise if you’re looking for a gym where you want to work out and enjoy your time at the gym them then I highly recommend Legions Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Having started in this local gym since January 2014 I have seen what a real gym is. Wasted too much time at Horizons Fitness, who didn't have a clue about anything. Mick and Jag are great brothers who run Legion and have a good knowledge about fitness techniques. You can workout by yourself as the brothers are always at hand to support you. It's a very friendly gym and everyone gets along. It's very welcoming and you can have a good laugh with other users unlike other places.

Fantastic experience: if you want a gym with all the essential equipment and that is friendly and relaxed you can't get better than this .The brothers who own it are hard working and genuine .its not just a business to them its a passion.and they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about fitness don't take my word for it pop in and check it out

Fantastic experience: Having just started working out again after 4 months off and this place is perfect for me. Its clean, tidy, lots of cardio and loads of weight and machines. The staff are very helpful who always give advice. Makes for a great atmosphere would definitely recommend !!
