Fantastic experience: My son trains here and has come on a lot. His trainer Alex is amazing with him and encourages him to do his best and push that bit extra every session. The session on a Monday with Brian are fun in the youth class but he really enjoys the adult classes for boxing and the fitness. The adults treat Ollie like an adult not like a 14 year old which he wants. Thanks Brian & Alex

Fantastic experience: A bit of extra exercise to try and tire my little tike out and give his big brother a couple of hours peace. Brian and the boys are great with the kids there is a warm up and cool down around 50 mins of the kiddies doing various things but I think they love it more when they can put the boxing gloves on! That's my Monday, Wednesday and Fridays taken up for the hour walk and an hour there but at £3 per session it's incredible value for money

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have affiliated myself to a better Boxing gym! Brian is an amazing coach who takes beginners all the way to amateur and professional level. You can literally just go for the fitness & atmosphere and just have a real sense of purpose and belonging or you can learn the technical side of Boxing and do this as a hobby or make a career out of the sport! A really diverse club with lots of amazing coaches and members!I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Dedicated trainers who will go out of their way to help. General fitness all the way to pro-boxing. Wouldn't send my boys anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, fantastic owner and staff... had a few reservations as my son has some physical needs that required an alternative training regime. All the staff were made aware and made us feel right at home and made all the necessary requirements. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this place, made my son feel very confident and has given him a new spring in his step.

Fantastic experience: This club is an outstanding club that caters for all ages, gender and ethnic backgrounds. The premise itself is very good and in a good clean condition. The coaches are super professional and are credit to the area and sport.

Fantastic experience: We love this gym, staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and the place has a real family feel to it. My youngest son has been going for nearly 5 years and has made some great friends there, there's a real community feel and they make you feel part of it. I've now started training there myself as well as my oldest son. The classes are really effective and you can choose how far you want to take it. From losing weight to fighting and everything in between. Hopefully this pandemic goes away soon as we are missing the place.

I started boxing a year ago at the gym and they’ve made me feel welcome and like one of there own and have helped me progress extremely well. Great place to train for whatever your goal is. The 1-2-1 lessons that Brian offers are brilliant for improving technique. Would recommend the gym to anyone who is thinking of trying boxing out.

Brian has so much patience I couldn’t ask for a better coach. If I could rate it higher I would the club deserves more than 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. I first attended a few years ago out of shape. It’s a welcoming environment and the guys there made me feel at home straight away. You can do as much or as little as you want. I went and got fit, then got into sparing after asking the trainer to ease me in. I eventually did a white collar fight and I couldn’t couldn't have done it without them. Whether you want to learn to defend yourself, keep fit or compete this place will help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Have been performing 1-2-1 Boxing sessions for a couple of months and couldn't be happier with the level of service and sessions that I have performed. Made to feel welcome straight away, worked on the areas that needed to work on and the sessions are tailored to my needs. Would highly recommend.

You can also spar if you wish or train to fight for the club, seasoned boxers are there to help. I tried two other clubs before this one, been here over 2 years now. Can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Nice relaxed atmosphere. Pad work, partner work and stamina all covered. There’s the opportunity to spar if you wish but no obligation. A good place to train whether to want to be a boxer or just get yourself into shape.
