Fantastic experience: I Joined reformed fitness 4 months ago and for someone who had real anxiety about stepping Into a gym this was a massive step, from the very start staff have been really friendly and supportive, with a great range of personal trainers. I've been going to jake here since I joined,and it's the best decision I made. There is such a variety of people and I love that. Anyone is welcome and made to feel every bit of it. Would highly recommended reformed fitness to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area, all the staff are great, quality kit, decent hours. Constantly looking for ways to improve! Whatever your age or shape, give it a go! Won’t feel judged like you do in other gyms! Also Plays proper music (not some boring mix on repeat) Also offers sports massage! Becca is AMAZING! You’ll walk out feeling 10x better. Best therapist around! Easy to chat too, Easy to book, really nice person! Check her out!

Fantastic experience: Have been a massage customer of Becca's for a few years now and honestly can't recommend her enough. She does an excellent job every time I end up on her table and has saved me from having to stay in bed multiple times. And it's not just the body she heals, alongise getting rid of my aches and pains, she has soothed my soul too being a naturally caring and quirky person with whom the conversation flows organically.

Would highly recommend Seb and the gym to anyone wanting to start their own fitness journey, he's helped me transform mentally and physically with his extensive knowledge, even pushing me to do a photoshoot back in July!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to have PT with Seb. Day one, walking in the gym was hard but the gym is so welcoming and so friendly and Seb is an amazing trainer. Seb has totally transformed my shape, ( dropped 2 dress sizes) taught me so much about my diet and proved to me I can still go out lots, go on holiday, and stay in shape and remain focused. You get all round support from him and his app has fantastic recipes that even cater for me be dairy free and complete exercise videos so you can train on your own too. All the trainers here are the friendliest you ll find. You can approach any of them at anytime. I haven’t done a class yet, but they look really good.

I’ve been training with Matt (owner) as a PT for the past 4 years, what was meant to be a 12 week transformation program turned into a mental and physical health habit that I can’t get enough of due to Matt’s attentive, knowledgeable and professional approach towards his work. The team at Reformed Fitness have always created an atmosphere that’s able to encourage and welcome anyone’s fitness goals, with their diverse range of fitness classes, sports massage therapy’s and any fitness junkies dream.. the fridge full of monster energy’s. I’d recommend reformed fitness to new gym comers or experienced without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym! I've tried a few other gyms in Torquay in the past and always felt nervous in them. RF is very welcoming, all of the staff are great, Nikki is my P.T. and I can't recommend her enough for her guidance and help in making lifestyle changes I love her circuits classes on a Tuesday too. I wouldn't go to a different gym now ❤️

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! I absolutely adore coming here. The staff are super friendly & helpful! I love dance class with Jenna - such a great way to get your cardio in & is super fun so doesn’t feel like a workout! Becca was my PT for 2 years and I loved every second of training with her- not only did I reach goals I never thought achievable but she made me a much more confident person in general! She also does the best sports massage & I highly recommend!! She’s incredible at what she does

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Managed to lose 3 stone since I joined with the help of great PT's, namely Toni Bastin and Nikki Keetch. Have also attended Jenna's amazing dance class for over 2 years and we burn around 500 calories in the class, but it is so much fun so you don't feel like you are working out! Would highly recommend!

Toni has been my PT before, during and after my pregnancy, she takes the time to get to know you and what makes you tick, to ensure your goals are achieved! Love the variety of equipment and layout of the gym.

Fantastic experience: I come on Holiday here every year and always struggle to find a gym I actually like however this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to, absolute top quality nautilus equipment everywhere. And the staff are really friendly and welcoming and clearly take their training very seriously Would strongly Recommend

Incredibly helpful with my enquiries that were not related to providing them with business and gave me their time without asking for anything in return. Integrity is vital and often lacking in the fitness industry. This club clearly has it!

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of training at @Evolve Gym in Torquay whilst I was on holiday with my family. Before arriving in Devon, I had searched for this top class gym and I wanted to come for my heavy leg session on a day pass. However my hotel gym turned out to be almost ‘non equipped’. Therefore, I had a good reason to escape from my kids (while of course they were napping) and sign up for a 7 day pass. I wasn't disappointed! Absolutely fantastic gym! Excellent range of quality machines, cardio equipment and weights. Great atmosphere. Motivating music. Clean and tidy gym floor & changing room. Free car park. Friendly staff & members. Lovely, welcoming and supporting owner. I had an absolute blast! I would highly recommend Evolve to all my friends that are staying in the area.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the area, a really personal professional experience. Excellent range of quality machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Super clean, nicely spaced and laid out. Wide range of people from all backgrounds train there, staff are very knowledgeable and always on hand for advice. All of the above and as a bonus it has loads of free parking! I just renewed my membership 13months for £199- ABSOLUTE BARGAIN, especially given all of the above, excellent value for money, well pleased, would highly recommend to anyone that wants to achieve their fitness goals, this is the place to do it!!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a day visit for an incredibly cheap £5 and was blown away by a fully kitted, friendly, spacious and awesome gym. Very friendly and helpful owner, I'm gutted this gym isn't in my home town! Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Torquay.

Fantastic experience: Came and trained on a £5 day pass and loved this gym! So much great equipment and the owner (Shane?) was really friendly. The changing rooms and showers looked nice and the whole vibe of the place was good. Wish we lived closer so it could be my regular gym! Thanks :)

Fantastic experience: Dropped by on a cheap £5 day pass as passing through town. I went around 12pm and found the staff helpful and friendly. The gym was clean and had all the basic machines, barbells, plates and racks you probably need. Didn't need to wait or work in.

Fantastic experience: In the area there isn't another gym that you can be beginner, bodybuilder or looking to lose weight young or old where you are completely at home the minute you are greeted at reception. Brilliant staff, fantastic equipment and atmosphere. Train here guys you won't find a better gym in South Devon

It is a reasonable size with all the equipment needed for a thorough workout. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean and the membership cost is very competitive. This place has it all.

Positive experience: Good range of equipment, but no space for stretching or cool down exercise. Music choice sometimes is questionable, some offensive language and lyrics makes you feel quite uncomfortable at times, also is so loud you can't listen to your own music. Could be little bit warmer during winter months.
