Fantastic experience: The best gym in Leeds by far. Staff are great, equipment is second to none and it’s such a welcoming place to train in. I travel over an hour in the car just to come to this gym as it’s that good.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Leeds. Nothing more really needs to be said. If you're a powerlifter they have loads of bars both comp spec and speciality, if you're a strongman it has everything you need. Hosts Leeds Strongest Man, regional powerlifting competitions, and has international level competitors regularly training there in a fun (if intense) atmosphere. I've been training here for years and have no plans on stopping. Legends.

Fantastic experience: Cracking gym with great strongman and powerlifting equipment! I went down to test some of the equipment I will be using for my next competition. They even have a steam room/sauna!

Positive experience: Visited for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed by the amount & quality of kit they had. I didn't explore too much, but the part of the gym I trained in was full of lifting platforms, calibrated plates & strongman kit. There appeared to be a full set of Atlas stones in the adjoining room, & there were log press bars of various sizes in the main room - they seem to have literally every type of bar & accessory you could want to use in any of the strength sport disciplines.

Fantastic experience: I carnt rate the gym but it looked clean modern place i visited to buy plants from the shop located within the gym its worth a visit and i can recommend.

Fantastic experience: Well equppied gym perfect for strongmen and powerlifters. The staff are friendly to boot so even if you aren't well versed in the sports they would be happy to help! Excellent standard of training equipment which deserves a seperate mention.

Fantastic experience: A lovely atmosphere with extremely helpful staff. The equipment is in good condition and there is enough to go round. Equipment tends to be classic strength building but there are also bikes, rowing machines and a cross country ski machine for cardio. The classes are usually busy but numbers are kept small so pre-booking is advised. The classes tends to be in the outside area, which is fully covered and nicely decorated. There are sofas available for a little pre or post workout. And the changing rooms are spacious with toilet, mirrors and 2 shower cubicles.

Fantastic experience: Beyond question the best gym I have ever visited. The guys that work there are incredibly knowledgeable and really friendly and approachable. The gym has a great atmosphere that makes you want to keep going back!
