Fantastic experience: Been training here for four months and I'm totally hooked. I'm a complete convert from heavy lifting in the gym to crossfit - the coaches are super knowledgeable and with their help I'm already lifting more now than I ever have been and I'm nailing techniques I was scared to try before without a problem.
