Fantastic experience: My daily Bodybuilding gym. Updated equipment frequently, always well managed and a great place to crack on with your workout. Friendly environment but equally not people bothering you every 10 minutes trying to talk to you. Great gym for competitors or anyone who wants a peaceful, focused training session.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this gym several times and now that I've moved to the area, I'll be signing up for the yearly membership cz this place is so good!! I've gone to puregyms, the gym group, planet fitness, 24/7 fitness etc and this is the first gym where I feel I can take my growth seriously. Pun intended. Equipment is top notch and has everything you could possibly think of. Large changing rooms, toilets and facilities kept clean, parking never an issues, and staff are super helpful and friendly if you need help. Its a no-frills gym for those who take it seriously. Can't wait for this next year! Also very competitively priced for what you get!! Cheaper elsewhere, but you do truly get what you pay for. If you want cheap, you get cheap. Pay for quality and you'll get it. Only a smidgen more than commercial gyms.

Fantastic experience: Lobe love love this place. Staff are amazing, kind and professional and friendly beyond belief. The owner is an absolute gem and runs the gym out of genuine love of the sport and love of the environment. Open 24 hours for a reasonable amount, amazing kit, beautiful food and a wide and varied selection of drinks, proteins and pre work outs. Brilliant place and would highly highly recommend over any other gym I've been to.

Positive experience: First time .. pay as you go . Decent strength training equipment, they have it all. equipment is aging but works well. Great to see all ages and genders training, with PTs working throughout .

Fantastic experience: Just had a great session in this amazing gym. I have been working out in old school bodybuilding gyms for near on 25 years and this is one of the best I have been to. They have a fantastic range of equipment and some really rare and unusual machines. I am going to try and get another session in tomorrow morning before I check out of a nearbye hotel. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Amazing equipment-ranging from the cosmetic and insta friendly to the old school rare stuff you never see anymore Loads of the old nautilus and cybex kit, even a 1st gen cybex hack But also some spanking Atlantis pieces ,I especially loved the pendulum squat ! Decor is weird and wonderful Not your normal stereotypical no pain no gain meathead gym Guy at the desk was especially knowledgeable about all things bodybuilding and happy to ask any questions Loved it and I will be back Never reviewed somewhere before but i felt compelled after visiting the grow room !

Fantastic experience: What a great place. So rare to find a gym, nor a fitness club. Old school iron and sweat place to train. Not any disco-miscles pumping around. Great to see females taking serious approach to the training as well. Packed with equipment and plates gym. Will recommend to anyone. Day pass is only £5.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to!! It's a heaven for machines; especially old school ones you don't see everywhere. As a lone female I've never felt intimidated or uncomfortable here like some commercial gyms. Definitely worth the drive from Gloucester

Fantastic experience: I’m an old git of 41.. so this gym reminds me of my youth , a proper old skool gym! Great flexibility in if you want pay per session or weekly etc.. whereas some other gyms you have to join a years membership. Was really surprised also when I was told if you train between 12am-6am it is FREE!!! Yes they are open all night aswell, okay so not many would want to train that late I know but still a great offer I think.. fairplay to these days. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been a member of! The reasons why are simple... Starting with the equipment - Two full racks of free weights and some! Resistance machines in abundance. Discs, bars... almost limitless! You are literally spoilt for choice! *Please note, this is what I frequently use but there is much, much more. Best way to stay up to date with the latest additions is to follow on their Instagram: @thegrowroom0 Location - Situated beautifully, doesn't matter if I'm coming back from Bristol or from Thornbury it's just off the motorway junction or down the A38. Staff - The most polite and friendly chaps and girls working at a gym. I've only experienced this level of service at one other gym and that was on the other side of the world!! This is not a one off review I'm sure. Everyone I speak to are buzzing about this place! Nothing quite like it!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today saturday 31st oct. Folks if your reading this looking for a gym in your area . For gods sake look no further . This gym is awsume . ive traveled the country and world and been to many a cracking gym . But i have to say this ranks up along side the very best .it simply is that good. cracking bunch of lads and lasses the kit does what it does. you will not find this kit. in these ponsey pop up gyms . The first session was a freebie . But i will be back again . It does exactly what it says on the tin 10/10 .... WELL DONE TEAM GROW ..
