One of the best equipped gyms I've ever seen, they've got all the speciality bars, loads of good machines and a stack of nice old-fashioned dumbbells. I especially love the preacher curl machine, preacher, curl machines aren't very good in most gyms, but the one at this gym has rotatable handles and knurling!!!

Fantastic experience: Incredible gym. The quality of the space, the machines on offer and the fact it's swipe in, available for the majority of day and night. Genuinely can't top the place. A great, old school gym where you can focus on your self improvement without distractions.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for the past 5 years, lovely atmosphere & provides you with all the tools for a great workout (some of the best machines I've ever used). Owner has pride in what he has created & is always looking for ways to improve, membership is very reasonable & hasn't raised much since I first started (even with £1000s spent on new machines).

Fantastic experience: Trained here as a guest as I was just passing through. This place is a dark dungeon of strength training. It has almost everything you could possibly need. Everyone seemed friendly. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area

Fantastic experience: I've had three sessions now and from the induction onwards I knew Id love this place. Whilst I'm not the most experienced at going to Gyms everything I need is here. I'm an early morning guy and it's surprising how lively some of the other members are at that time. I was made to feel welcome during my first session. Great price, staff and members. A real hidden gem!!
