Fantastic experience: When I started at Witterings Fitness 6 weeks ago, I was unsure whether a gym would suit me. I thought I would feel silly in a gym! I am a small female, well into my 50s, and I wasn't feeling very fit or healthy. However, having followed the 6 week challenge I am now stronger, fitter, and I definitely have more energy. I also feel happier. There have been so many improvements in such a short time. I now look forward to my gym sessions, and meeting up with others who, like me, are looking to get fitter. I enjoy the encouragement and support from the lovely coaches, and the sessions are always varied and fun. I definitely recommend Witterings Fitness. It's a great way to "reset" your health and wellbeing.

Positive experience: I found Witterings Fitness after possibly the worst year of my life. Ben was supportive and encouraging, and although I went to the gym to rediscover my physical fitness, I have come away with far more. The small groups, friendly atmosphere and personalised approach by all the coaches really made me feel part of the WittFit community. Ben also runs a supportive drop in session to help with the massive change of routine, the new approach to fuelling rather than just feeding the body, and discussions on what we can do to be better, which I found just as much help ( if not more,) than the gym itself. Can't thank them enough for showing me how to invest in my health for the long term. Four stars as there's always room for improvement

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the six week foundation program. You get outstanding coaching, the workouts are expert, full body from mobility through to cardio and strength. You can’t help feeling positive every time you walk into the building, the team and other members alike is a hub of mutual support, and energy that stays with you for the rest of your day. The nutrition science and advice is simple to follow, I have been eating three good meals a day and completed six weeks a stone lighter, a hugely improved body shape, long term back problem eased, high blood pressure down to normal, and looking forward to continuing to workout with witfit . It’s in a different league to just joining a gym and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: A great social place to work on no only yourself but to meet new interesting people all working towards their goals in fitness. Great chemistry of coaches with knowledgeable information on all things gym life. Been a member 21 months best decision I’ve made there are no egos no mirrors and all about you vs you while getting encouragement from all around in the mixed classes of all ages. No matter what level of fitness you have you will achieve your goals and really enjoy the community of fellow gym goers…..
Fantastic experience: This place is like no other, the coaches are amazing, it’s a wonderful community and I have made so many lovely friends there. Everyone is supportive of each other, there is no judgement from anyone and you will go away feeling as if you have achieved amazing things. I have started workouts where I thought I absolutely can’t do that and with their encouragement did so much more than I thought I ever could. I had a frozen shoulder when I started and after six weeks it had completely gone. My mental and physical health have improved 10 fold since I started and my confidence has grown to realise I can do so much more that I ever imagined. They care about every individual and work to help everyone on their own level and it just keeps getting better and better

Fantastic experience: An absolute game changer when it comes to bettering yourself and your life style, if you can invest the time, money, sweat and sometimes tears I would tell you to do it in a heartbeat, it's changed my life for the better already and I've only been there 6 weeks, you have got to try this place out!

Fantastic experience: When we moved to Chichester from Brighton I pretty much gave up on health and fitness for about six or seven months and transformed into a lard bucket whose most energetic exercise was raising a bag of crisps towards my mouth. I could have given up there and then and just let myself drift into obese old age. (I’d tell you how old I am but you are not clear at that level of security.) In a desperate attempt to reverse the trend I joined Wittering Fitness. And less than two months later I’m in relatively good shape again. They don’t just focus on fitness and diet here, mindset is an essential part of the program too. And they encourage and help you set ambitious but realistic targets too. Also, unlike a lot of gyms, the classes are mixed across all shapes, sizes and ages. So some people are training for Ironmans (marathon PLUS 2 mile swim PLUS 100 mile cycle – yes, I know!) while others are totally unfit beginners, who won’t stay that way for long. Whatever level you’re at the classes are small enough to get the attention and guidance you need to improve. That includes personalised dietary advice and help to improve your mental attitude. All the instructors are very expert. So well worth checking out if you want a fun way to get healthier. Even the memsahib is impressed!

Fantastic experience: WittFitt is totally different to any Gym I have been a member of before. It's great doing gym work within a class based structure. Workouts change daily it's never boring ! WittFitt is a supportive community of people looking to improve and maintain their fitness. The focus on nutrition is helpful. The instructors are brilliant....their enthusiasm is catching. Turn-up, tune in, ask and ask again if there is anything you need help on. Enjoy the feeling of satisfaction at getting fitter.

Fantastic experience: Has made my life immeasurably better. The team are extremely supportive and the other members are lovely. Appears to work for any age, any body type. With a very busy life, it makes getting fit so much easier than a regular gym. I just have to turn up without worrying what I need to do once I’m there.
Fantastic experience: 1. What was your health and fitness like before starting with Witterings Fitness? I would say above average for my age group but I knew I had to get to another level to achieve my goals in martial arts and outdoor pursuits .. 2. How was this affecting you day to day? I was getting frustrated .. It’s the norm for a guy who’s active but getting older to forget he’s getting older and needs to adapt to the change and train with more intelligence and discipline 3. What have you achieved during the time you have been with Witterings Fitness? I achieved one of my main goals which was to get my purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu .. If you know anything about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu you’ll know that at 56 this is no mean task especially as your having to prove this against guys around half your age .. Witt Fitt helped me realise that I could get my fitness to the next level which helped tremendously and boosted my confidence in achieving my martial art goal (purple) 4. How does this affect you day to day? Enormously.. I look forward to training everyday and seeing the micro improvements steadily come in .. Not only in the physiological aspects but just as importantly the mindset - Wittfit has a great bunch of coaches and members alike - no egos and no attitude - of course there’s some rivalry in training but it’s a healthy rivalry with the right measure of support and “ribbing” when needed - a v friendly open relaxed bunch.. 5. Would you recommend it to others? Highly.. the price might seem high to your normal gym goer but it’s certainly worth it ..A lot of the training is coached and in a small group so the motivation to push oneself is aided as opposed to what you get in a mainstream gym 6. What message would you give yourself 6 months ago? Don’t sweat the small stuff - staying healthy physically and mentally makes you realise this and even if I didn’t make my grade in BJJ I’d have still continued training with Wittfit as I would of course have simply tried again..
Fantastic experience: Don't like gyms? Don't like class sessions? Then this is the gym for you. Excellent, encouraging coaches who will get the best out of you regardless of age, size, mobility, apathy. Go for it - what have you got to loose?

Fantastic experience: At last I have found somewhere I can regain fitness both physically and mentally. Safe environment with superb coaches who deliver excellent classes to suit all levels of fitness and all ages.
Positive experience: Hello I’m June and I’ve just finished my six weeks introductory fitness programme. The coaches are wonderful and get me to do things In the gym I never thought I’d be able to do. I’ve improved mobility and started to build up some very out of practise old muscles again. I’ve just signed up for six months more so i definitely recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to everyone! I have just completed the 8 week programme and it has exceeded my expectations. I look forward to going and always come out smiling. I joined because I needed more than just a gym with equipment. I needed support, accountability and confidence. Ben and his team are very knowledgeable as well as being welcoming. Hayden always makes the classes fun whilst keeping an eye and ensuring we all get the most out of it. What I love the most is that for 1hr, I don’t have a decision to make. I’m told what to do and I can focus on doing that! It’s liberating! I’m also feeling much stronger mentally as well as physically, it is worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: What a difference this place has made to my life! I have definitely seen a difference in my fitness level and my body shape. I feel amazing and I really do owe it to each and every person at the sessions I attend...such a friendly, non judgmental atmosphere. Fantastic experience: If you want to get fit, add some strength and conditioning and feel better all around this gym is a great bet. Great equipment and coaches and very knowledgable. Also what’s great is they offer meditation! Not your regular gym but a gym with intention to help you get the results you want.
