Fantastic experience: Good gym with everything you need. Stayed at the caravan park down the road and got a weeks pass for £10 which was good value compared to the big commercial gyms. Can use any time of day so was able to get a workout in every morning

Fantastic experience: Excellent little bodybuilding gym. Old school equipment designed for building muscle. Loads of plates and heavy dumbells. Muscle unit is a gym that does what it says on the tin. Good atmosphere you can really concentrate get a very intense work out. Great boys who run the place too.
