Fantastic experience: New to this GYM scene & I’m pleased to say I’m happy with this one!. I met up with a lovely lady called Sophie who shown me around & told me what to do making me feel at ease & welcomed, I also got to see her taking a class for children with disabilities named IQ Warriors & what an inspiration to the children & others she is!. I met a few other IQ P.Ts & it seems to be a decent place to train & reach whatever goals you set out for yourself. The GYM has all different pieces of equipment to give you plenty of opportunity for doing sets. They have a cold fridge offering different types of drinks to help you get through your workout too. Newly opened inside is a sauna & the now popular to athletes etc. is the Cold Hut - Ice bath therapy for those who are into that side of things. Overall a decent place to be & they allow teens in at certain times too for any parent wanting to workout at a reasonable time. I have recommended this GYM to friends & work colleagues too.

Fantastic experience: IQ fitness is the most welcoming gym I have ever stepped foot in. I attended the Body After Baby classes with Zoe and I can not recommend them enough. Not only did I totally transform my body (whilst taking my daughter along with me) I made friends for life. Every member of staff is there to help you! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have never been, what I would call, a gym person. However after having two children I didn’t recognise myself and knew I needed to do something, then I found iQ and Zoe’s classes. In a year I have not only shed all the baby weight (and there was a lot after 9 months of enjoying aaaalll the cake!), but I am now in better shape than I have ever been - even managing to fit into jeans I last wore as a teenager! Zoe is a miracle worker, somehow making gym sessions enjoyable, whilst helping you transform into a fitter and healthier version of yourself. As well as getting fitter and healthier, I have also met the most amazing group of woman at Zoe’s classes, who I know will be lifelong friends. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I work in Altrincham a couple of times a month and wanted to find a local gym that did day passes. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and I could immediately crack on. Good range of equipment and a great environment. Will be back.

Positive experience: Very affordable but this comes at a cost. In The classes I tried the trainer did not bother correcting pauses or offering an alternative. Would be nice that people don’t walk with their shoes on the mats where people put their faces after. Or offer cleaning products.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic little gym with very friendly staff and plenty of machines and free weights. Great value compared to total fitness opposite and never too busy to ruin your workout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We come to IQ Warrior sessions at IQ fitness. It’s a brilliant, welcoming, inclusive gym that has a variety of great kit. It’s very conveniently located, clean and you feel motivated just walking through the door.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym since it opened back in 2021. It was great then and it’s great now! All PTs are of the highest quality and the atmosphere is outstanding - wouldn’t go to any other gym!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant class by Zoe this morning in a fantastic new facility. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Edit - a really good HIIT class with Robbie this morning too, tough work but enjoyable. Will be back for more next week!

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym for everyone. Staff lovely and friendly. Classes offer a variety of strength and conditioning. Perfect environment for all ages including my 7 and 9 year old. Safe but effective introduction to exercise for them. Lovely place from them to make friends and instil normality in the gym environment which I believe is so important. Also so cheap!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Ever since I joined IQ Fitness I have actually been enjoying workouts! All the classes are so well organised and the trainers go out of their way to show you correct your form. Friendly atmosphere and staff but most importantly its a child friendly gym. Highly recommend and very appreciated!

Fantastic experience: As a family we love IQ fitness! The staff are fantastic and the kids fitness class is amazing! I love the vibe in there and just getting on with my workouts, it's nice to have somewhere close to home that has fab kit and bloody good lighting for posing!

Fantastic experience: I joined IQ Fitness Alt when it opened having found it difficult to consistently attend a gym due to having a young child, IQ promised to deliver a family friendly environment and they didn't disappoint! All staff are friendly and welcoming, the gym has everything I need and my child attends the kids classes whilst I train. I couldn't recommend IQ enough and the whole staff team!

Fantastic experience: I suffer with anxiety badly and gym anxiety was a massive fear of mine. I've signed up to multiple large chains in the past and I never stuck to it or never found the staff helpful to someone that's new to the gym. I stared IQ fitness around 4/5 months ago and I would never look at going anywhere else again. The staff are incredible, always there to help you when you need anything. The classes are elite, the equipment is the best and the gym it's self has a good feel about it. I've started a 12 week training program with Danny, he is truly one of the best PT's I've tried (I've tried a few in the past). Great program, great guy and he has truly helped me change my lifestyle for the best. I've made some great friends at the gym, it has a family feel about it, I want to say a big thank you to Stu and the team at IQ fitness For everything.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training at IQ, really friendly and helpful staff, amazing classes, free parking downstairs, even free membership for my 3 children. The class that Stu does at the weekend is so much fun. He really gets involved and makes it so much fun. All the kids love him, I train with my PT there Danny and if I ever need any other help from any other PT they’re more than happy to help not like other guns I’ve used in the past.

Fantastic experience: IQ fitness is incredible. Everyone on the team is so friendly and helpful and the pt sessions are tailored to help you achieve your goals. The classes are amazing and the equipment is new and hi-tec. I can’t thank you more for your efforts in helping me achieve a new level of fitness, strength and performance that I’ve not achieved at other gyms before. My wife has recently joined and she loves the atmosphere and my daughter has attended and feels welcomed and safe. I would recommend this gym to anyone of any age and any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! Brilliant kit and set up and fab location! But what really makes this place is the attitude and care of the owner, who really cares about the service customers get and the high standards of the gym. I attended for postnatal PT with my baby and the owner could not have have been more accommodating and kind. It was one of the best customer service and gym experiences I’ve had. As a new mum returning to training it made a huge difference! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first IQ Warriors class today at IQ Fitness. She's 5 years old and diagnosed Autistic, she has challenges with her gross motor skills but today she was in her element! The staff made the children feel capable & we're very engaging, I'm sure this class will do wonders for not only fitness but self confidence

This gym is one of the most inclusive environments we’ve ever know. Will never be able to thank Stuart & Zoe Niven enough for creating such an enabling provision.

Fantastic experience: This is such a great gym. Was in town for 2 weeks, provided a package that was incredible value for money. Gym is perfectly stocked, amazing dumbell rack with 1kg increments which is mad! Staff are so friendly, highly recommended.
