Fantastic experience: Excellent! If you are serious about your training this is THE PLACE TO BE. Simple. High quality equipment, simple sign up to become a member, not expensive, great atmosphere and a great mix of members including professional bodybuilders, models, athletes and of course normal people like myself! If you are based in Nottingham Derby or Leicester its a no brainer, likewise if you are in the area for work or a special occasion and need to train they will do a day pass too no problem. A lot of gyms talk the talk but few walk the walk, this one does!

Fantastic experience: Class gym 10/10 for equipment with a great atmosphere, the two owners are really friendly and are there if you need any advice with training or diet… get yourself down to the Mecca and see for yourselves.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have trained at in the past few years The owners (2 young lads) are excellent and they are very friendly and have created a gym with a real atmosphere. The kit has been all hand picked and is excellent. The gym has barely been open 4 months and they have already added a new leg press! Most gym owners care about money.. .these lads care about progress and keeping gym members happy They even let me use the microwave to warm my meal up as I have a long drive home.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first session and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Brilliant gym and equipment, very welcoming environment and atmosphere, ran extremely well by the two owners and this is a standout gym for all the right reasons. Fully recommended to all.

This kit is not cheap ex used rubbish it is high end quality and if your looking to go somewhere for maximum gains and staff that will help you then this is the place you should go or at least try.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible gym. The equipment is of the highest quality and is all set out perfectly. The staff are beyond friendly, willing to help anyone who needs some guidance. Fully air conditioned. I've trained here for a week now and have felt every single exercise. If you're thinking about trying for a day session, do it you won't be disappointed. 11/10

Fantastic experience: Friendly, Knowledgeable and an amazingly welcoming atmosphere.... and that’s before you get to the high quality and wide ranging equipment. The customers range from bodybuilders to first time gym goers making it extremely inclusive. Just had a great PT session with Sam that went well over the hour at a very reasonable price considering the experience he brings. Good luck to the owners!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with a high quality interior feel and great vibe. The equipment is amongst the best standards in the industry and the owners Sam and Jack were welcoming from the moment I stepped foot inside. Will continue going here and supporting these guys for the foreseeable future.
