Negative experience: They removed the products for cleaning the machines before and after use
Hi, hope you are well. Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero.We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines.
Fantastic experience: Lovely, clean and tidy gym. Felt comfortable coming in and meeting my daughter (Emily Worrall) for a PT session made the transition into the gym that little bit easier. Would highly recommend the gym and to get booked in for a PT session if you are a little worried when first getting into the gym!

Fantastic experience: Called into the gym to chat about a membership Staff were welcoming and friendly From what I could see the members looked happy and I feel I will be OK joining this gym.
Positive experience: The gym is largely open a nuff room to swing a few cats. So you crammed in like a tin of sardines. Swimming pool seams clean and tidy. And steam room could do with a spruce up but other then that the gym is immaculate.

Fantastic experience: The best Gym in my experience. The place is full of up to date equipment and caters to everyone’s needs. The staff are always there to help with whatever questions one might ask or simply advices on how to get on with the equipments, exercises that goes with it or simply diets that suits any individual. I’m now in my early sixties and I always feel i belong because of the nice atmosphere in TheGym Well done to the staff especially Chris, Dailon, Sean, Mathew , Emily and all the rest contributing to the proper running of the Gym It feels like my second home
Fantastic experience: I have been coming at 4 am mid week mornings, which works out great for me with work. I have just finished my 3rd 45 minute class with Chris and I feel amazing. Chris pushes me whilst also keeping it fun. He must be doing something right as the classes consist mainly of the same people. Looking forward to my next session and class

The classes are a personal favourite for me & there are a range to choose from at different times in the day throughout the week. If you want a gym that's welcoming to everyone, friendly and amazing value for the price then look no further.
Positive experience: Great gym with accessible opening times, equipment and staff. The app helps a lot to check business and group sessions. Does a lot for charity and local community too which is nice to see. Only issue I noticed is on the hip abductor machine the weights are wrong, with 20lbs at the bottom Update - this sticker has been changed to 93kg but still does not fix the fact the upper weight stickers are wrong ♀️

Positive experience: I think these Barrow boys are a bit simple in the head but they definitely pose a threat. You can tell a bad lad around there because he's usually got no ears left on him from all the biting they do when they're fighting.
