Fantastic experience: Very friendly relaxed atmosphere to this gym where you don't feel intimidated as you can in a 'regular' gym. The machines are programmed to you personally and your ability so you are always getting the optimum workout for what you want to achieve and your progress is tracked, developed & advanced by the program as you go along - no more having to remember or guess what weight to use. All the resistance is within the machines out of sight so there is no judgement or competing with others you are truly challenging yourself. Accompanying app gives lots of extra details. Booking via app is simple and clear. Staff are lovely, personable and very helpful and you are made to feel at home and very welcome. In short, a small but excellent gym catering for all ages, abilities and needs - very much worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming. Computerised weight machines that adjust to your settings as you log on with your inspire fob. It's as hard or as easy as you need it to be. Socially distanced and each machine either cleaned by the staff or yourself with wipes provided. I have been away from any form of exercise for many many years so was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Go on be brave and do something for you today.

Fantastic experience: Just started my fitness journey again after a nasty illness, and I am so glad I have found inspire. Ruth, Carolyn and the team are just brilliant. From the moment I walk through the door to the time I leave, I feel at ease. The other gym members are friendly the team are on hand all the time for any questions or help that you need, and so motivating and encouraging. I suffer with anxiety so it was a huge step walking through those doors for the first time, but for anyone thinking of joining inspire, just take the plunge and do it, all ages, shapes and sizes, no ego’s just a warm, kind, friendly place to go.
