Fantastic experience: After moving to the North East from Birmingham, I have long been looking for a gym that allows me to work out like I used to in Temple and Ultimate Fitness. I noticed this gym when going to the business park to see my chiropractor and I was greeted by Racheal I instantly was amazed at the venue and the staff! Every visit I have had since joining has been brilliant. The staff are all lovely and friendly but Racheal exceeds in her care and attention to the customers. The wide variety of machines that are built with results in mind first, is exactly what I have been looking for up here. Thank you to the Team at Ultra Flex Durham!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the North-East and possibly the North of England. Visited for a weekend session while brother in law was up visiting. Top quality equipment that you will not get in the regular gyms. All types of shakes and snack available at counter, with nice staff too. Single session sign up was a bit long but well worth it. Amazing experience, I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend a visit, even just for a tour :)

Fantastic experience: We went to Durham for the weekend and visited ultraflex. Great kit. With an old school training area. Loads of cardio. Good music to train to. They sell workout clothes, protein shakes, pro bars and ready meals in the fridge with use of the microwave so you can heat and eat there. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gym vibe is friendly and up beat. Highly recommend going.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym!! I've been going ever since the doors opened. It's got the best equipment I've ever come across, machines I didn't know existed, great for mixing up workouts. Can't recommend Ultraflex Durham enough.

Fantastic experience: Been here 3 times this last 5 days and it's been good, it's literally has everything you need for strength exercises. Very busy in evening but that shows its highly regarded in the area. Check it out for £20 for a 7 day pass.

Positive experience: Very good gym, nice area! Great equipment!! Came down for a day pass, on a Wednesday (first time trying this gym ) wasn’t greeted well by the male member of staff who is Scottish (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) he was rather rude and this did alter my opinion on the gym as I think he could have been a lot more professional! I wasn’t shown where anything was / or asked if I need anything. Apart from the unfriendly member of staff, this gym would have got 4 stars !! The music was very repetitive as well — no change just same beat !!

Fantastic experience: First visit today on a Day Pass to see how good or bad this Gym is, and I wasn't disappointed.... Very friendly staff and all the equipment you'll need to train at whatever level you're at. All round great experience, I live 20 miles away from Ultraflex.... And I've just signed up for 12 months membership. I've definitely found the right Gym and environment I need to progress in my Training Journey, people may think I'm crazy travelling 20 miles to the Gym.... But trust me. When you find the right one for you then distance as long as not too great, is no issue whatsoever..... I absolutely love this Gym and highly recommend to everyone ✔

Fantastic experience: Best gym around, cardio and weights equipment is the best I’ve seen. Great atmosphere and the staff are very approachable for help or advice. Only downside for me is people using tripods to record their sessions and posing , understandable if you are a professional if not crack on with the session.

Fantastic experience: Trained at ultraflex tonight as I was working in the area and heard do many good things about it ,wow is all I can say ,anths gym is a credit to the area ,clean ,spacious and top of the range kit ,if your serious about your training ,this is the place to be at ,the atmosphere was thumping and something I've never felt in other gyms for a long long time ,everyone wanted to knuckle down and get that last rep out ,not playing on their phones or having a Sunday morning chitchat ,even though i dont live in the area ,I'll definitely be taking out a membership for here and make a point of making it through as often as i can

Totally destroying the typical idea that REAL gyms are full of unfriendly people. Not intimidating at all and the best equipment I've ever used. I live through Gateshead and have a very busy schedule since I own a business myself. But I will be joining up and using this gym as much as I can.

Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the best gym I have ever worked out in. Its huge with a cardio area upstairs including a boxing area with state of the art equipment. As a female I was uncomfortable in other gyms but I feel at home here!
