Fantastic experience: I wanted to get fit and lose some weight, I seen the ad on Facebook and thought why not give it a try. I've just done my 9th session tonight in 11 days and it's brilliant. Friendly staff and members, no mirrors, no pressure and no hardship going. I would highly recommend to anyone who has feared the gym previously, this is so different. I feel so much healthier already, give it a try, I'm sure you'll enjoy it too. Thank you to the team for making me feel so welcome xx

Fantastic experience: Really love coming, always feel comfortable and really nice and helpful staff.

Negative experience: Not an ideal advert for the place when you arrive to see a row of mobility scooters parked outside. Felt well out of place in there and the exercise plan given didn't seem to achieve anything at all. So glad it was a free trial. I certainly wouldn't pay the extortionate rate each month even if I could afford it. Would rather take my chances in one of the gyms.

If your scared to join a gym don't be come to Gymophobics they welcome and help you get where you want plus you will keep coming once you been. Thank you ladies for making my experience good.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Feel relaxed as women only. No one stares at you. All the staff are very attentive, you don't need to ask for help at all, they are there looking out for you. Lovely atmosphere and staff are trained to a very high standard and so friendly. Best gym I have EVER been to.

Positive experience: Lovely bunch of ladies, everyone very friendly. Staff are great and very helpful. You have plenty reviews on ur progress. I dont go to lose weight, but to keep supple. U can relax n have coffee after ur workout. I love going. Xx

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and friendly staff that help you target the area of you body you wish to work on. There is always some one around to asked for help and advice if you want it. Regular review of you program help as well.

Fantastic experience: I have just recently joined and absolutely love the concept of this Gym, that is like no other. Sabina the owner is friendly, welcoming and motivating. I am glad that I have joined and feel great once I have done my 30 minute work out. Cannot wait for my next session. Thank you Sabina :)

Fantastic experience: Am a new member and i can honesley say what a lovely Gym and so friendly too .. they make you feel so welcome and stand by you every step of the way am so happy iv joined I just carnt wait to see the amazing results
