Fantastic experience: A modern football academy befitting a Premier League club. Excellent facilities and helpful staff. Various 4G and grass pitches, both indoor and outdoor, catering for all teams. Good sized car park too.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful place, well organised by the looks of it and security is tight, very tight!!! But friendly and approachable.

Fantastic experience: Great welcome from the members of staff. Was here in a coach with Leeds Utd and I can not fault any of the staff. Big shout out to the lady on the gate, and the girl in the brew room! Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Negative experience: Shame on B&HA for misleading the people of Lancing with the purchase and development of this land. B&HA said they wouldn't develop the land, which includes a flood plain protecting Lancing. They sold the land and now more than 600 homes are being built. The artificial waterways are already unfit for purpose and the whole of Lancing is now at risk. Disgusting money grabbers with no consideration for that local community.

Fantastic experience: I seem to have become that parent that posts about toilets. After my very negative review of the toilet facilities for parents at Leicester City I have to say that the equivalent facilities at Brighton's trading ground were superb. I've only got photos of the Gents (obviously?) but they were a delight to use. They were clean, nothing broken, and well stocked with soap, paper and antiseptic gel. I didn't notice the facilities for the less mobile, but access to these required you to climb some steps. Sadly the Covid protocols in place did not allow me to explore the other facilities but from a casual observation they looked brilliant.
