Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. It has the old school equipment with the modern exercise/ training philosophy. Great members of staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much mither for help and advice or just simply putting the world to rights. Good ol chin wag is all we need sometimes. The members fitness levels are mixed and the gym is aimed at all levels. So for the people that may feel intimidated or anxious about the preconceptions of gym goers. Don't. There is a class for all abilities and everyone is helpful.. Regardless of all the fancy gyms that pop up all over the place nowadays with their over complicated machines this place has everything you need to get and maintain your fitness levels. Afterall. You only get out what you put in! Get motivated, get gyming and feel great.

Fantastic experience: Have only been going for a week for classes but already feel really welcome. The classes are a challenge which I do love but are brilliant. Nik is brilliant and pushes, but also adapts if you have injuries and checks in to make sure you're ok. Also suits to what ability you are too. So stations are adaptable. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and some have been going for years so show loyalty. Awesome
