Fantastic experience: Amazing!! I am from Essex but had some work in Surrey recently. I am very into my fitness but not a fan of commercial gyms and was looking for somewhere to train whilst I was away. I stumbled across No Limits Gym and had a PT session with Vic. The gym had really good equipment, especially for a small/private gym- I was blown away and the PT was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable but pushed me to limits. I learnt so much during my sessions. I will definitely be back when I am next in the area!

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank and recommend Vic and No Limits Gym Frimley enough. I'm a mum of 3 very busy daughters and I work full time plus! So any time I have to myself is valuable and limited. My sessions at No limits gym Frimley are designed for me, are challenging and push me past what i ever thought i could do. Im stronger and fitter in my 40s than ive been in the last 15 years. I have a better understanding of food and look forward to my 'me time' at the gym. Thank you Vic....your knowledge, dedication and ability to get the best out of people is second to none!!!! I truly believe you can't really look after others, if your not looking after yourself!
