More machines than the sentinels that tried to destroy Zion in the 3rd installation of the Matrix "The Matrix Revolutions" I touched a dumbell and instantly became the biggest boy in the town, highly recommended for anyone that wants to be the second biggest boy in the town.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in Strabane. The staff are incredibly helpful and there's more machines and equipment than you can shake a stick at. It's a comfortable environment for people of all shapes and sizes. The place is kept very clean and tidy, and it's members are very good at wiping down the equipment after use. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of your current fitness level.
