Fantastic experience: Love love love Absolute Spin! From the very first time I walked in through the doors I felt so welcome. I had been so nervous going to that first class and thought everyone would be there in Lycra and crop tops and that I’d be too curvy too feel comfortable, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The instructors are all brilliant and so helpful, pushing you during the class but also on hand if anything is too tough. The music selection is always on point and the workout is tough but manageable and there’s a great sense of achievement at the end. If you’re looking for a spin class (I do their yoga & pilates) classes too then I’d recommend Absolute Spin! Enjoy!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always found Absolute very friendly & welcoming. There are lots of classes to choose from to fit in with your everyday life. My fitness has improved considerably. I have also met some lovely people there & regularly have a coffee and catch up after. What I like most is everyone is made to feel welcome. You don’t have to be fit to be able to spin, you can go at your own pace & you soon feel able to go that bit further! All the staff at Absolute are always there to support you & guide you to help you achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: This place rocks. It’s the best in town by far for indoor cycling. Amazing bikes and the sound system is I love spin, quick and effective sessions. If you haven’t been yet you can get your first spin for free on the website. Get involved! Summer is coming!
