Negative experience: Updated review. The gym was great to start with and gradually it’s got worse and worse. The hygiene of the gym is extremely disappointing. Specifically the men’s toilets, there are only 3 cubicles and they are foul. For £40 a month you would expect better conditions.They have been in this state for over a month now and there is no effort for this to be fixed. The issues have been highlighted to management but this has been ignored which shows this really isn’t ‘the people’s gym’ at all. This gym is easily one of the dirtiest I’ve been too and considering that it preaches well being, it does not contribute to people’s physical health as it is dirty and never cleaned. There is no air con and it is like an oven in there, the least some fans could be added in this hot weather as it is a health and safety issue with how hot it is in their for people. Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous to go to a gym like this but the staff were so friendly and encouraging, which made it easier to get a workout done using the vast amount of machines and free weights they have.

Fantastic experience: Nothing this gym doesn’t have! Even at busy times there are plenty of equipment and space to train. Personal trainer Jonny showed me around, made me feel comfortable and since January he has helped me loose 20Ib safely, can’t recommend the gym and Jonny highly enough.

Soon as bodytech came along it was evident it was the best gym in the area, there is a buzz about the place that i have not seen replicated anywhere around the cheshire west area! Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, great high end equipment and plenty of it! Great classes and a wide variety of them as well, from cardio classes to classes to help you build muscle to toning classes. The changing rooms are great with great lighting for pics. There’s also a shop that sell the best protein shakes, energy drinks, supplements etc, also have a sunbed shop, physio, barber, meal prep and tattoo/beauty shop. Honestly they have it all, you don’t need to go anywhere else!! Ran by the best PT’s as well, their knowledge is ace

Fantastic experience: Honest question . Why wouldn’t you wanna go to this gym it’s fantastic. The staff are all nice and helpful, plenty of equipment and all the space u could need you have cardio sections back arms legs chest and more all helpfully laid out with signs hanging from the roof making it easier for new people to the gym to get a better understanding for the layout for the exercise plan, u also have a room for classes a room for boxing and CrossFit the list goes on and on can’t fault the gym whatsoever

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym. Loads of equipment, don’t struggle for benches or space….ever. Staff are decent and I’ve been put through my paces with Jonny for a while now. Lifting stronger, form is better and with the massive range of equipment and weights, looking better for it too! Big thing for me is being able to sleep on my left hand side without pins and needles now. Whatever magic Jonny created, I’m carrying on for sure. Only negative is the wide array of equipment for leg day, absolutely ruins me for days ☠️

Fantastic experience: Joined BodyTech in its first week opened and from day one i fell in love with the place, not only the gym, equipment first class but the staff, the friendliest most accommodating bunch, to open on Xmas day and do what they did for the public was what these guys and girls are about, i could carry on but give the gym a try for yourself, won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to gyms before but none compare to Body Tech Winsford. When they say it’s The People’s Gym, they mean it!! I suffer from anxiety and I won’t lie I was absolutely bricking it the first time I walked in but that quickly went away. I was shown around and made to feel at ease straight away. The amount of equipment is unreal and the music is on point every time. I just love the place.

She’s built my confidence so much in the gym in such a short amount of time and the results ive seen in a couple of weeks is absolutely insane. She is also the biggest hype gal and always pushes me to do the best i can. The gym has got brilliant facilities and theres so much equipment to choose from.

Fantastic experience: Bodytech is the best gym in the winsford/northwhich area by far. Elite equipment, for everyone's needs, The staff are on a different level always available for questions, help and advice they make you feel welcome and at home. They have multiple services inside of the gym such as a supplement shop (which sells the best protien shakes imo) a barbershop, a tanning salon and an in house physiotherapist... no where compares in the area

Fantastic experience: Started off on crutches & in daily pain with limited mobility. I am now off crutches & feeling stronger & more mobile every week thanks to my fab PT Ethan Willmott who I highly recommend. It’s a friendly place with plenty of equipment. Does not feel intimidating once you’re inside, despite first impressions. I would not hesitate to recommend Body Tech to anyone, especially novices & less-abled who might feel scared to take that first step. It really is a place for everyone. Thanks Ethan & Body Tech team for giving me my life & confidence back.

Fantastic experience: This is a very large and well equipped 24 hour gym. If you are into weight training, cardio or general fitness then this is a fantastic gym to join, in my opinion. I have found that the place is very clean, all the staff have a friendly approachable manner. There are changing rooms, showers, toilets and free parking on site.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Body Tech Winsford? Well before I signed up here I had never been a gym before, mainly because I suffer with ADHD and Autism so I’m not the most confident person. But I wanted to give the gym ago so I reached out for a PT and got a reply back from Simon Daniels who mentioned he had the same conditions I did which made me feel at ease a bit. So yeah, fast forward a bit and honestly I’m loving the experience, Simon’s an incredible PT, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the gym is just incredible! If you’ve never been a gym before I would honestly say give Body Tech Winsford a try!

Fantastic experience: I joined Bodytech in Winsford back in November. I was nervous about getting back into some form of regular training but this gym is awesome! I'm yet to have a bad experience, there's so much kit to use, bags of space aswell if you want to just get in and get on with it. The staff and everyone I've met or spoken to so far have been really friendly and supportive. Would highly recommend this gym and the community it is building!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of a fair few gyms (including a few in Winsford) and can honestly say this is the best gym I've stepped foot in! Not only in Winsford, but in Cheshire/North Wales! 10/10 gym with such a variety of equipment that even at peak times I'm never left searching for free equipment to stick to my plan! And an added bonus not only having physio/barbers/supplements/beautician on-site, but the gym floor is continually improving/upgrading all the time

No matter what your goals are, Body Tech can cater for you with a vast variety of equipment. The atmosphere is another level ! Si Daniel’s and the Team are friendly and approachable. Body Tech offers multiple services inside of the gym such as a Personal Training, Classes, Supplement Shop, Barbers , Sunbeds and a Physiotherapist . Definitely stands by the name “ The People’s Gym”

Fantastic experience: I'm a member of a different gym for convenience & for the level of training I do with my partner, but my partner travels for work & I never go the gym alone. I came here with my friend who is an avid member, it's really easy to access as a full-time member, or with a £5 day pass - it's a lovely clean gym with the most variation of equipment in the vicinity, it has people of all abilities & everyone is super friendly. It also has the best music pumping into the gym to get you hyped up, along with other facilities such as a shop, sunbeds, barbers & physio on site!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Love the range of equipment and friendly staff. Simon is so welcoming and keen to support and assist. The atmosphere is great, and the layout is well thought out. Love that they have the fuelz shop at the gym, where you can buy your supplements, and enjoy a protein shake! . 100% recommend this gym, so empowering to see people of all abilities training! Males and females. 10/10 bonus points for allowing my child to train here with me also. Grateful to have a place of fitness where we can train together and leads amazing example to the younger generation.

Fantastic experience: Have visited this gym on a couple of occasions whilst being in the area and have used the day pass. Such a friendly atmosphere, if I lived in the area it would be a gym I’d use daily. Recommend this to anyone looking to join. I haven’t met a lot of the staff but I highly recommend Simon Daniels, he’s a highly informative PT, you’re always greeted with a beaming smile and has a brain full of knowledge if you have any questions.

Fantastic experience: The best gym!!! So much equipment, you're able to train anything without having to wait for ages and loads of machines to use if you feel more confident with machines. So refreshing to not see one or NO machines for glutes staff are all really friendly in the shop and the gym, lovely to chat to and offer advice

Fantastic experience: So… it was BodyTech’s West Cheshire location grand opening day today, so I went along to see what it was about. And long overdue, joined up and cracked on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of equipment, all new and in good condition obviously. There’s QR code access for members. There’s a supplement store. This place is getting better and better, sunbeds added and available imminently, barber shop well under way. More to come.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, staff are always so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and will help you with whatever you need! There’s not only the gym but a nutrition shop which does amazing protein shakes but also an on-site physio called jenny which is a massive help!

Fantastic experience: Since DW closed Winsford has needed a good gym , this is by far the best gym around! Friendly staff , loads of Top equipment, massive space ! Supplement shop on site , physio. Shout out for Simon Daniels PT he is brilliant at what he does highly reccomend! £40 month for some people could be seen a lot of money for no pool, spa etc but as a Gym it’s the best around and for £9.23 a week I think it’s brilliant value.
