Discz Gym 24hr service

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym, and one that I would choose over any gym in Belfast. Solid equipment, old bodybuilder style gym with the most friendly staff and gym goers. Very reasonably priced, and 24hr access. Supplement shop is also very good with a wide range of protein powders, pre-workouts and more. Highly recommend training here, get in and speak to Danny!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with supportive owners. I’ve been at personal training with Danny now for almost two months and I’ve never felt better. Danny has given me the confidence I needed to go into the gym, I now am able to go in on the days I’m not at PT and train myself. I work in a challenging sector, often having to change shifts and Danny has always gone out of his way to accommodate me. The PT classes are priced at a fraction of the competing gyms in the area, I couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing personal training with Rita since May. I am a full time mum with no confidence to do it alone and always struggled with my weight and one of my knees. since starting my knee has improved and am able to do exercises I never thought I could with Rita always pushing you on and my body shape is changing for my best version. I enjoy coming to the gym now thanks to Rita who is always there to help. even in the whatsapp group. Discz gym is a very welcoming place

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to personal training with Rita at discz now since June, i struggled with confidence at the gym i worried aboout people staring but this has not happened,i have nothing to worry about here, feel welcomed and relaxed. As I do shift work as a nurse I struggled with my eating and lack of exercise l, but now Rita helps keeps me motivated, my knee and heel pain is easing, my blood pressure has decreased to within a normal range,lost weight, increased my fitness. The best decision I made to join Discz, Rita's pushes me to exercise and push myself which I just wouldn't do myself. I highly recommend Rita and Discz,

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Rita enough as a personal trainer. She gets the best out of you in every session. The support and encouragement I get from Rita has really helped me stay motivated.

Fantastic experience: Great 24/7 gym!.. All the equipment you need to have that session just before or after work. Very well managed, clean and helpful staff members. Loads of parking spaces outside, well lit. Couldn’t recommend this enough!
