Fantastic experience: Been to 3 gyms in my area and can honestly say the community at TU is definitely the best of the lot. The equipment is spot on and well maintained but the community effort to keep everything in order is top notch and the respect for other within the gym is the best I've seen. I've personally been helped with techniques by a total stranger. Yeah wouldn't go anywhere else

Positive experience: I wanna give this 5 stars, but I can't, the gym, it's well stocked, the facilities are super clean, the floor space itself, always clean. It can get busy. But you can use their app ahead of going to decide if you wanna go due to an amount of people. Now, why no fifth star? Although the staff are knowledgeable. I've asked 3 times about getting help with a plan. This is where they rapidly go downhill, there is no help with it, I delved a little and said that I go in the gym with no knowledge of what I'm doing, n that statement was dismissed. The 2 alternatives I was pointed to, was 1, a 12 week boot camp a separate entity does at £200, if you don't work shifts and can attend, plus afford it great otherwise, well it doesn't help you have a plan, 2, a personal trainer, again, at an extra cost. Don't get me wrong, overall it's a good gym, but the lack of info/guidance you can get, is it a flaw? Maybe. But I'll persist there as I don't think it's a singular gym thing. I'd love to be proved wrong.

Fantastic experience: Discovered this gym whilst staying in Barrow to see family. Great equipment - 3 x Stairmasters for example, beautiful changing rooms/toilets. Really recommend.

Fantastic experience: the initial impact of this gym is quite phenominal... the staff are all friendly and accommodating and reflects the nature and spirit of the Kade the owner: caring attentive and with a genuine interest in all of the members. I have trained all my adult life in many and varied gym throughout the uk and the world....all have had their positives, and negatives. this gym seems to have learned the many lessons of this experience of mine. Although I now only been at this gym for 11 months feel I can say it just seems to get better. The machines are something else, the whole place is clean and tidy and there is an atmosphere of genuine comeradery, that I have not experienced in many places. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough a real pleasure to train that never leaves me without a smile on my face. Well done to Kade and his team: Jenny, Mason and the team that keep it going.

Fantastic experience: I've been in many gyms over the years from the spit and sawdust type place to your corporate gyms and everything in between, and this is the best place I've been. Excellent range of equipment, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff and open 24 hours a day. I love training here, I tend to train very early in the morning so just need to figure out how to turn the music down as it's too loud and not my cup of tea usually. Other than that, amazing!

Fantastic experience: It was going to take something special to bring a unique gym to Barrow. Barrow is already full of gym of all differemt types and knowing Kade and his parties Joe it was goimg to be inevitable they would. The gym is absolutely inside, bed with the latest gym equipment. However we need to appreciate the showers and sunbeds as well. Who needs the ritz or the hilton when you have a personal individual showers room all to yourself, something fit for the queen herself. Unbelievable scenes. Fantasticly thought out. Its going to go to great heights of this Im sure.
