Fantastic experience: The staff are helpful, the equipment is in really good condition and is varied, and the new showers are great. Can’t fault it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the gym for about a year. My aims were to get fitter and loose some weight. They made me feel very welcome and my instructor Emmy designed a bespoke plan for me involving both a variety of the equipment and more recently attending spin classes each week. I have found the spin classes very motivating and whilst challenging I really enjoy the classes especially with Emmy and Tori. Thanks to you I now feel more confident and would highly recommend this gym and Emmy and Tori.

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Fitness Isle of Wight in January after not setting foot in a gym for about 7 years! I was nervous, anxious and didn’t remember what to do with most of the equipment. I went for a free trial session where I was given a full tour and walk through on how to use most of the equipment and signed up that week and I booked an induction to start to build a workout plan. The Snap Fitness team are warm, welcoming and helpful and are continuously helping me to reach my health and fitness goals. The gym is clean, tidy and although busy sometimes, it doesn't feel cramped. The wide range of equipment has allowed me to pick and choose what works best for my body and health, with the help and ongoing support of the Snap Fitness team. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you’re anxious about starting back at the gym or have not been to a gym before.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars! Great gym, clean showers, amazing amount of space to work out either downstairs or up! Private showers and lockers (if you bring your own pad locks)! Would 100% recommend this gym to a friend!

Positive experience: Snap Fitness is a well equipped gym with plenty of machines, so something to suit all. There are personal instructors to tailor exercise regimes for individuals. My only negative is the music played. However I accept that most of the clients probably like it.

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness gym is a brilliant place to workout, especially the classes provided. Fight fit dance is a unique class and I love the fight moves to dance. I want to thank krysia as she’s a great trainer, great person to seek for advice and very supportive.
