Fantastic experience: Really friendly and respectful coaches and really easy to learn in a session they explain it really well and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re new or a experienced fighter they do everything from Brazilian Jui Ju-jitsu to MMA to MUI TAI to boxing to kick boxing and more highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new gym and fighting gym easily 9/10

Fantastic experience: There isn't enough places like this in the north east. Having previously done some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the past, I was looking to try something new, and MMA seemed like a good option as I am a keen watcher of the UFC. When this place opened up, I jumped at the chance to train here!! Despite it being a little drive from where I live, the time spent travelling is worth it for the quality of the facility and the expertise of the coaches. Pete adapted what I already knew and, despite having a packed class, was able to cater to me individually so I could use what I knew already and apply it to MMA. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with even the slightest interest in martial arts, once you've been you'll be hooked.
