Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a down-to-earth, knowledgeable and friendly trainer (who isn’t??!) to help you reach your goals, then Cath is absolutely perfect. I’ve learnt so much and made so much progress in the time I’ve been having sessions with her. I’ve lost over a stone in weight, my running times are improving and my flexibility is really coming along. She gives you the tools, you put the work in, and you get results. Sounds simple, but it works and Cath will be there to support you all along the way. Spot on!

Fantastic experience: I had never trained in a gym before finding Cath (apart from using a cross trainer once or twice in my life). Lockdown was awful and working from home I found myself not being as fit as I was used to. Following online exercise classes was damaging my knee with the squats so I sought help from Cath. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her, we started one on one PT November 2023 and I can honestly say not only are my knees stronger, every single part of me is. I feel stronger and fitter all round and my confidence has grown that I am now regularly carrying on with what Cath has taught me on my own at the gym. Not only is she sure of what she is doing professionally, she is also very easy to get along with and every session was enjoyable with a few laughs. I’m sure I’ll be using her services again if I feel my training plan needs a tweak or I need some motivation. Thanks so much Cath! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I Found Kath after rupturing my patella tendon ,leg brace for 6 weeks, I had to learn to walk and bend knee again was very frustrating as I am a mum of 2 young children who wanted to play football all the time , full of energy and I was to scared to move and walk without limping let alone think of running . Kath has helped over time strengthen my knee again and get my brain and knee working together to allow me to get the confidence back in myself not only to be able to run but to get back playing football which i love . Kath has helped me get back my life back , I dont want to think where I would be or how I would be moving if I hadn’t have joined gym rehab.

Positive experience: Semi-pt sessions work well for me. All the benefit of a one to one session but more affordable.
Fantastic experience: Cath is a very experienced personal trainer . She’s friendly and has a wealth of knowledge to help you understand how to attain your goals. She will tailor the sessions to your individual needs without compromising your fitness goals. Really glad I’ve found her.

Fantastic experience: A year ago, I couldn't move without pain in my lower back. I struggled to get dressed and my range of movement was appalling. I had no energy and was gaining weight. After some amazing physio, I was recommended to carry on rehab training with Cath. This was the best decision of 2023. A year later, I feel like a kid again. I can move without thinking and enjoy a pain free life. My weight is dropping, my strength has dramatically increased and my breathing and asthma management is under control and better than its been for 30 years. Cath' s support has meant the world to me and her tailored approach to my training has given me back so much that I thought I had lost. I am a born again convert to training, telling anyone who will listen that training with Cath has improved not just my physical well being but my mental health too. For those who are thinking that it's too late, I am too old, things hurt too much or I don't have the energy, I urge you to contact Cath and show yourself that all of those fears go away and you find yourself again. Especially ladies who are premenopausal, it one of many ways to help curb the symptoms. I will now enter my 50s, fitter, stronger and happy with my body than when I was in my 20s. I hope you contact Cath and do the same.

Fantastic experience: Cath is an amazing personal trainer for sport specific training. I Sail for Wales and it is important that I am strong and have lots of stamina to stay out on the water for long hours. When my brother and I came to Cath we weren’t very strong and really wanted to improve our fitness level. Over the last few months I have really noticed the difference in my strength and my sailing has really improved leaps and bound. My brother and I are really excited to keep seeing the hard work pay off this year with Cath’s expert training.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING all round fitness, strength training and lifestyle advice with a tailor made programme. Cath is able to fit me in around my office job at times that best suit me. Rather than just cardio on a treadmill which was my go-to, now I’m using weights and varied equipment and machines and building core strength and fitness. I couldn’t be happier!!!

Fantastic experience: First class. Ive been going to Shapewell most months for the last couple of years. Cath gives a first class deep tissue sports style massage and really eats into my tension knotts. The relief lasts long after the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Ive loved all my sessions with Cath, she's been a fantastic PT and not just helped me shift the lbs and tone up, she's helped me understand my body and how to look after it. I cant believe how quickly my fitness levels have improved in the short time I've trained, and the results are clear to see. even on days when I've really had to drag myself along to my sessions (not many but a few) Cath has been a real support and I've left our sessions feeling fantastic! Cant wait to smash my target fitness goals, I certainly would'nt get there without her support and guidance.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always struggled to keep to a regular exercise routine and have never felt comfortable with the often impersonal touch of larger gyms. Working with Cath is completely different. I’m so much stronger, fitter and more confident than before. Chronic posture related problems are getting fixed and each week I push myself further and further. Her understanding of the mechanics of the body means she can tailor any workout to your specific needs and work around (or through!) any existing problems. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Cath has a great way of showing you the exercises you "think you know", just the correct posture and methodology so you don't injure yourself. I would recommend 121 sessions for the majority of sports associated objectives For me it was about focusing on surfing and the plan designed by Cath certainly focuses you. The right equipment for the new age of training styles.
