Fantastic experience: An amazing gym, members and coaches made you feel welcome from the first to the last session . Massive thank you to Alina , Kylie and Emma on their coaching. Great workouts everyday. If you are looking for a gym in Essex I highly recommend this gym . I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to the UK
