Fantastic experience: Active Performance is by far the most welcoming and enjoyable gym I’ve ever been a member of. Neal always goes out of his way to speak to everybody that comes through the door and makes the gym a fun, but productive experience. The entire team are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and are just genuinely good people helping people with their fitness at any stage and every level. The personal training sessions and group classes are top notch. My husband and I feel so lucky to have this on our doorstep!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, chilled atmosphere, qualified staff who are always happy to assist. If you need a little more motivation they also have classes most days that are free with the gym membership and i think most of the staff also offer pt sessions too. A real gem in the area!

Fantastic experience: First time in the gym , recommend soft exercise to strengthen my core to help my back pain I'm really enjoying it ! Very professional ,great communication ! And great to see all equipment sanitised after each person friendly staff make the whole experience fantastic!!!
