Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym - check it out! I don’t live locally anymore but if I’m in the area I’ll always visit. Facilities are great, Talisman has everything you’ll need, but what makes the gym is the team. They’ve created a great atmosphere where everyone is welcome and you’re made to feel at home.

Fantastic experience: The best CrossFit box in Hertford, possibly the world (in my opinion). Great for newbies and experienced athletes, always welcoming. Coaches are at the top of their game and the facilities are the best. Whatever your level you will progress and have fun doing it with the best people.

Fantastic experience: If you truly want sustainable results and are prepared to put the work in, look no further! This gym is amazing! They offer very well structured classes designed to get full body results. One of the many awesome things about this gym is that it’s family friendly. If your child can amuse themselves for an hour or so, no need to get childcare as they would be welcome. Not only that but the people who attend classes are all really friendly too and make everyone feel very welcome. Don’t waste your time at other gyms; Talisman is the only gym worth going to.

Fantastic experience: I joined around 6months ago from another [large] local gym and literally have not looked back! The facilities are awesome whether you’re taking part in one of their well structured, varied and challenging classes or coming along to the open gym. The friendly coaches are always on hand for any help or guidance you might need and will keep an eye out to make sure you’re getting the best experience possible too. What I like most is the encouraging environment and sense of community where everyone will help and work with you to reach your own goals - no matter what strength, fitness level or motivation for going is. I lost motivation at my last gym and avoided going when big ego’s would hog equipment. But this place is completely different and you are genuinely encouraged every step of the way – you feel a part of the family that work to improve together. I couldn’t recommend Talisman enough and look forward to seeing new faces whenever you make your way down and welcoming you into this ‘Top Community’ (Awarded by UnderArmour at the Winter Turf Games).

Fantastic experience: I started training at Talisman about 6 months ago not really knowing what to expect. The workouts are varied, challenging and most importantly fun!! The coaches are amazing and all the workouts are able to be adapted to accommodate all abilities. Great facilities and is definitely the friendliest and most encouraging gym in Hertford. Couldn’t ask for a better gym to train in or people to train with!
