Boss Gym

Negative experience: dont get me wrong old bossgym used to be a great gym but the new owners ruined the gym, they upped the prices and hired rude staff I have been coming for 2 years and now theres only been issues, it is quite disappointing now I have to switch gyms, I wouldn't recommend coming here not a good atmosphere anymore.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. I went there for one month this summer while visiting my mother in Eastbourne. Despite knowing that I would only be there for one month, they were extremely attentive to my needs. Very good timetable, opening even on bank holidays. The equipment may need to expand as the gym grows but it is more than enough for their current needs.

Fantastic experience: Just had an induction with Seth – very knowledgeable and a massive difference to the last gym I was at. Showed me a plan to help with my MMA goals and ran through each exercise. Looking forward to the classes.

Negative experience: Very horrible gym the staff were rude the prices were Insanely high compared to other gyms and I wasn't even shown around I wouldn't recommend to go there save your money and your time!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in east sussex

Positive experience: Inclusive gym and decent opening hours, the only thing that let's it down is the maintenance, machines break down and take ages to fix. If they did a regular fix list to keep the machines from breaking down so often it would be so much better. Some machines are out of action for what seems like weeks cos no sooner they are fixed they break again. Also the bike racks constantly get unusable due to flooding from the drains and they are loose.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place for anyone who is looking to get yourself back in shape:). All trainers are helpful and very enthusiastic about seeing your achievements. People from classes I am joining are friendly and we have a lot of good fun together when we do workout. I joined a few gyms before and it is definitely the best one.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a gym for decades but I was recommended Boss Gym. The trainers are all very knowledgeable, patient and supportive. They all do things slightly differently which is great as it means the classes do not become boring or repetitive. They have all helped me get fit and lose lots of weight and inches over the last 4 months, I am so glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, I was so scared and anxious about joing as too me its a "scary" place. However the owners and staff made me and my whole family including young children feel so welcome. The team are so understanding and flexible. I am able to work out with my young children in tow and not feel judge for having my children in a gym. Suzie, Courtney and the team have help me loose 18lbs so far and gain so much more strength on the 6 week programe. Can not rate this gym high enough!!!
