Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, a full range of hammer strength machines, squat racks and boxing equipment. You're able to have a stress free workout any day anytime without having to wait on equipment or tyrn up to a packed gym on weekday evenings.

Negative experience: I think they must have all the customers they need. They don't answer emails, phone calls, or reply to voicemails. I've given up and taken my custom elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: PT with Claire. 1st visit to BST at Bostock House. Deb on reception was very helpful. Huge assisted and free weights area look up and cardio on mezz, go to the back and the dojo space and make and boxing ring and a bit further back the bag room. Everyone gets a bottle with cleaning fluid and a cloth on entry Ladies changing and toilets ultra clean.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities. Dojo is 2nd to none. With 4 mats, octagon and boxing ring. Bag room, etc etc.... Huge..... Gym bulging at the seams with kit. Just what is needed here

Fantastic experience: This gym has an unbelievable amount of equipment from free weights to plate loaded machines literally every thing you could want from a gym and more ,I have trained in gyms here and abroad and I can honestly say this gym is the best gym I have ever trained at, there is also many different classes like mma, boxing ,judo if you're looking to join a gym where you wont have to wait to use equipment this is it, they offer personal training if your a newbie or looking to lose weight or gain muscle what ever you want from a gym it's all here

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with excellent BJJ classes for all levels, led by three incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and patient black belts, each with their own signature style, and supported by some excellent brown belts. The fellow practitioners that make up the classes are from all walks of life, spanning all ages, genders and abilities. This helps create a laid back and welcoming environment, with everyone happy to help and/or offer advice on techniques and, most importantly, have fun along the way on each of their respective BJJ-journeys.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place... brilliant staff.. such an airy cool space to exercise with fantastic range of martial arts classes as well as all the usual gym equipment and weights. They have also put in place very careful social distancing measures ahead of re-opening as soon as the law allows At the moment they're only able to provide facilities for elite athletes until the UK lockdown ends ... roll on July 2020 xx
