Fantastic experience: Nottingham Strong is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The equipment is top-notch, and there’s everything you need. The space is always clean and well taken care of, which makes working out there a great experience. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help out with any questions or requests. Whether you need advice or just a hand with something, they’re on it right away.

Fantastic experience: An amazing venue for my athletes to come and experience the atmosphere of competing in powerlifting. I’ve been 8 times now and plan to come to many more.

Fantastic experience: Nottingham Strong is the best gym I’ve ever had a membership at! Me and my housemates decided to switch gyms a few months ago and we never looked back. All the staff are very friendly and always there to answer any queries. The quality of the equipment is out of this world (Especially that Pec-Fly machine). With gyms in the past it would sometimes seem like a chore going there but not with Nottingham strong. Because of it not being far too overcrowded like other places where you’re having to constantly wait for machines, it wouldn’t cause any frustration leading to any negative feelings. I can not fault Nottingham strong in any way but only praise it and would 1000% recommend it to anyone.

It is a pleasure to have trained in an environment that places such emphasis on member experience, equipment quality and fostering a supportive community! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I visit Nottingham strong every time I’m down, and will be heading in in a couple of weeks again. Some unbelievable kit on the bodybuilding side and a huge space for powerlifters/strength athletes, a welcoming atmosphere and supps, snacks and drinks on sale too. You can’t really ask for more

Fantastic experience: I competed here in an WRPF open but the gym looks fantastic, coaches where friendly and knowledgeable. If I lived closer I'd train here 100% (3 hours each way is a bit much)

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic. It has a huge powerlifting space, as well as a well stocked free weights section and machines galore. Wheelchair access is good. There's a ramp to the front door, an accessible toilet and shower room.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best gym in Nottingham if you're serious about equipment, training and atmosphere. Gym has a great range of old school Nautilus, hammerstrength and Cybex equipment. Wouldn't train anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: Been here for about 3 months and my favourite gym in Nottingham. It has all the equipment you need and more plus new additions every few weeks. The atmosphere is also unbeatable- highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Competed at Qualifier meet a while back. Fully stocked with all manner of kit from every powerlifting bar under the sun to a large array of bodybuilding machined. Plenty of space and very clean. Owners were really nice folks, and the sense of community there is very good, everyone seems nice. :)

Fantastic experience: One of the best, if not, the best Powerlifting gym in the country. Plenty of calibrated plates, a selection of high quality bars, utility bars, power racks, heavy duty mono, PL accessory equipment and some old school BB upstairs too. The vibe is spot on for serious lifters.

Fantastic experience: I'm a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and decided to try out powerlifting in order to supplement my conditioning in Jiu Jitsu. I decided if I want to do things right, I need to register at a proper powerlifting gym. I was welcomed the first day with open arms. I move around a lot and can honestly say this is the best gym I've been to. Everyone is kind, welcoming and willing to help. Nottingham Strong 1.0 had everything you need but Nottingham Strong 2.0 is on another level entirely equipment wise. Everyone is unique and different in their own way yet they all have one goal in common: become strong as hell. It's very difficult to have a light work out at Nottingham Strong because you're surrounded by motivation. No one judges you if you lift an empty bar or if you lift a truck. If you want to do just regular bodybuilding then there's an entire section just for that so you've got two gyms in one. The price may be double that of commercial gyms but you get double or triple the results so it's worth the investment. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, great atmosphere and top of the range equipment! Spoilt for choice on the kit available, definitely worth checking out, you won’t be disappointed. Train alone and in need of a spot? Any gym or staff member would be more than happy to be at hand.

Positive experience: Staff and the people using the gym were really nice. The equipment is quite old tho. 6£ for a day and the gym is not 24/7 it’s closes at 4 in the weekends
