Positive experience: Decent gym, nothing fancy but that's how a gym should be

Fantastic experience: Friendly owners, great equipment for both strength training and bodybuilding. Easily best equipped gym in Harrogate and its not rammed like pure gym

Fantastic experience: What a great gym, the equipment is outstanding and the feel in there is like no other gym I’ve been to it feels like a proper gym not any of those commercials gyms. The staff are friendly and very nice people that are also happy to give a few tips if you need.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of various gyms over the years, Energise ticks all the boxes! it’s a Great gym with a very good variety of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Very helpful knowledgeable staff and friendly members are always a bonus when training. Also a good range of supplements/ health foods on sale I highly recommended this place.

Fantastic experience: Wow! This gym is a hidden little gem in Harrogate and cannot recommend enough. As a busy working mum of two I found it hard to fit in exercise, and the fantastic class timetable of 30/45 minutes sessions has easily slotted into my life. Paul and Nat have created a friendly, supportive community that you don’t get elsewhere and is what makes this gym unique.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming since 2021 and seen the gym transform and improve, the owners are amazing people always willing to help with anything and are friendly to everyone and from this have created an amazing community. Having gone to other gyms I can confidently say this is my favourite in every way and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: An excellent no-nonsense gym. Very well equipped, friendly people, particularly the staff. I am training at 76 years old with my 17 year old grandson so there is no upper age limit. An enjoyable experience for all.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, it’s nice to be able to show up even during peak time and be able to use all the equipment I need to without waiting around or not being able to finish my session. I used to feel anxious about going to the gym in peak time and it really could hinder my progress and my mood sometimes so it’s great that these guys have prioritised member satisfaction and experience over cramming as many people In as possible. Great range of equipment and Natalie and Paul are so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Started PT with Paul the owner of Energize Fitness Gym his excellent really professional and very knowledgeable. He created a training program personalised to me I’m already feeling a difference physically and mentally. The gym is well equipped, clean and well set up. I would fully recommend any one looking for a gym to try Energize out.
