Fantastic experience: this is a great gym stat are amazing people are amazing am working on losing weight and got advice and everyone there is friendly the staff and people there are so helpful you have your cardio benching got your boxing bag and you have your dead lifts much more including the machine for ur shoulders and hibs and thy have work out methods scattered throughout the gym for only 30 pound a month i love it there would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: My experience here has been above and beyond on what I expected I started with PT Ross as I had severe lower back and hip pain due to a fall and gained weight due to not being able to move very much with in my 12 week programme I'm fitter stronger and 3 stone lighter the expertise and support is invaluable I felt at ease and comfortable and everyone was so patient and polite and to top it off I've never once felt judged in anyway...I am now confident enough to go this on my own... Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities and the best of equipment. The layout of the equipment is brilliant and well thought out. Cleaning stations with sanitisers throughout the gym, alongside spray bottles and cloths for wiping the equipment down. Welcoming atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff and gym members. Love it here. Highly recommend.
