Lots of different equipment and weights to be able to mix up the routine and the classes are well organised and welcome any abilities. It's the best gym I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Spartan Chamber is so much more than a gym. For someone who isn’t that fit and lacks confidence I was a little nervous going in but Ryan and everyone that attends makes u feel so welcome and regardless of ability encourage you to do your best. You are made to feel part of the 'Spartan family' instantly. Ryan keeps the sessions full of variety, fun and challenging and to someone who struggles they are all adaptable to your ability. Without a doubt this is the best gym I have ever been too.

Fantastic experience: If you want a friendly and welcoming gym then this is the place to be. It doesn’t matter what fitness ability you are are, it doesn’t matter if you know anyone there, all that matters is that you try it. You will soon know so many new people that you will wonder why you didn’t try it before. The workouts are great, you will see your fitness improve very quickly, and everyone is so supportive of each other. I cannot recommend this gym enough.

Everyone regardless of individual strengths, weaknesses or ability is met with a warm welcome and made to feel part of the 'Spartan family'. The instructors keep the sessions varied, fun and ALWAYS challenging.

Fantastic experience: It’s like a gym but better... humans are pre dispositioned to live in tribes and since the Spartan Chamber has been open, I have found my tribe. The community at the Chamber is second to none. We encourage, support and motivate each other. Ryan, Kelly and Ryan H run amazing team based classes and there is also plenty of time to get in some ‘open gym’ and work on your weaknesses. With the addition of a stretch/yoga class there is really only one choice for a functional fitness gym in the Wellington and Taunton area. Fantastic experience: After years of abuse through work and rugby my body is basically held together with sticky tape and hopes and dreams. After the last set back almost put me in a wheel chair for life I recovered and joined a commercial gym and was going regularly for 7-9 months before the excuses started to creep in. “I’m too tied” “I’ll go tomorrow” “I’ll just eat less”. Some friends recommended the Chamber and I started doing the early morning Sweat class. I can honestly say I’ve not experienced a place like it before. Everyone is working hard. Everyone is friendly and chatty. No one is judging you. There’s no posers taking photos. They simply want you do do your best and give it your all. At the head of all this is Ryan who manages to keep the classes fresh and fun but at the same time pushing everyone to their limit. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility with all the gear you could possibly need for a good workout. Crossfit, strongman, bodybuilding, cardio, you can do the lot there. Staff are great as well, very knowledgeable and friendly. The place has a very nice vibe to it, all the members seem friendly and happy to help if needed. Much better than your typical commercial gym!

Fantastic experience: Having never done any weights based training before, and being out of any consistent exercise for a few months I was apprehensive before my first session, but at Spartan Chamber you get a gym filled with people of a mindset that encourages and pushes each other to achieve. It now feels like something is missing on the days I can’t make a sweat class or team games! Thanks Ryan!!
