Fantastic experience: Dropped in to this gym for a few days while in town for business. Small space but very well utilized with capped class sizes and detailed coaching. Programming is Mayhem which is excellent and well conducted. The owner Tristan is making improvements to the space which looks to make it even better than it was. Definitely will be back here again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to write a review for a while... absolutely love this place! I've been a member now for around a year and my only regret is not finding S23 sooner! I remember feeling a little apprehensive for my first session but I needn't have been... the coaches are fantastic, the people are friendly and the workouts are so much fun! There is such a great balance, as S23 creates a non judgemental yet highly encouraging atmosphere, with great technical coaching and small class sizes, helping you improve in all areas of strength and fitness. I am now a crossfit addict! Everyone should give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to train - the coaches are very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.  Class sizes are small so there is always individual attention to improve your technique and maximise your performance.  Really friendly members makes for a great community atmosphere. The workouts are fun, varied and challenging - the perfect combination!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working away from home this summer. Finding myself bored sitting in an AirBNB on my own. I decided I would go out and find some life. So, after a quick google search I came across ‘S23 CrossFit’ and walked in the next day for a chat.. Amil, the owner helpfully talked me through the membership options, knowing I was new to CrossFit and only going to be around for a few months.. Joining, truly transformed my stay on the south coast. It’s unlike any exercise class I’d done before. It’s hard to explain why but has something to do with the way everyone exercises at their own level, nobody compares and everyone and I mean everyone encourages other members along. It’s like being in it together! Camaraderie! The tuition is excellent, everything is explained and tailored to suit each member with easier and harder options. If you’re tempted, then I’d definitely give it go. I could almost guarantee you’d not be disappointed! The only exercise class I didn’t have to talk myself into going! Andy

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend joining CrossFit S23! It is filled with a diverse range of people, all working together to improve their fitness and achieve different goals. I can't give enough credit to the coaches for their tireless efforts to help everyone along their individual journeys - they provide excellent support and will be rooting for you all the way, as will every other member! The workouts are also varied which is why you’ll never find yourself bored when attending! The organisation is exceptional I’ve seen such a positive impact on my physical health and my old, unhealthy habits are out the window. If you are looking for a place that will motivate you to achieve your goals, with a friendly community on the side, then look no further ☺️

First class team spirit, everyone is genuinely really friendly and want you to do well. Great atmosphere at the classes, everyone sweats together and smiles together!!
