Fantastic experience: Fantastic club my son trains Tues and wends evenings and has been there 2 years now. During this time he has been treated with upmost respect and my son has ADHD and autism. Since joining he has grown up more and shown others respect and in return become very respected by others within the club. I'm proud I bought Karl too Sampson sports performance center and of all the achievement made during his time there. his confedence has grown imensly. If anyone reads this believe me it's a fantastic club for all ages you won't regret having a trial and joining.permanantly. After all I know this clubs the best from experience.

Fantastic experience: Our son started around 2 years ago and he absolutely loves his kickboxing class, would recommend to anyone this keeps them off their games at home so is a brill hobbie for him, the children at dels are also alot more dicaplined so 5 star app round.

Fantastic experience: Having gained a lot of weight during the lockdown, I found myself over weight and lacked a lot of energy. In the last 3/4 weeks since doing my weekly 1-1 sessions, I have noticed that my strength has improved and naturally l have lost weight! Considering its lockdown, l feel like am in great shape. Would highly recommend Sports Performance centre to anyone! Plenty of parking, decent equipment and very friendly people including the trainers.

Fantastic experience: After not visiting any sort of gym or doing any physical training for some 5 years I decided I would look locally and see if I could find somewhere with that personal feel to get my fitness regime back on track, after a couple of telephone conversations with Both Del and Kasey to discuss my goals and requirements I knew I was in good hands as both were very knowledgeable with a wealth of experience behind them and subsequently pointed me in the right direction.To say this place is a little gem would be a massive understatement as the facilities are all top notch along with all the brand new equipment, the whole estate where the premises are based is controlled by security and barriers to enter and leave, the car park is also secure and floodlit so you can be rest assured your car and belongings are safe whilst you are training. If you are serious about training wether it be to achieve personal goals or become a world champion give Kasey or Del a call and leave the rest to them!!
