Clean,tidy, warm atmosphere,I like it I joined the gym nearly a month now and is amazing. Lot's of equipment, fantastic staff , friendly, parking , and Lot's of nice people I have meet in there. Game changer this one has the VIBE

Fantastic experience: The gym has more variety of equipment than anywhere else. It’s unreal. They have a machine for everything. Excellent facilities and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Considering it’s size, one of the best gyms in the UK

Positive experience: Called in to look around, hoping to join shortly. Unfortunately it was too hot and the music far too loud. Also - nowhere inside to leave a bike. Asked about someone showing me how to use the equipment and working out a programme for me and was told there was a PT for that (presume that would cost extra?). Member of staff was helpful and friendly but disappointingly I won't be joining.

Fantastic experience: It's a great place. A lot of different machines to train all muscle groups. A bit tight of space unfortunately. All that in a bigger building would make it just perfect.

Positive experience: Changed to here from Banatynes. The equipment is older and doesn't have the heart rate sensor's or the bike I used to use. But that's nick picking. I was a bit trepidatous as I didn't want to feel the odd one out, not being ripped. But it was really friendly. Chilled atmosphere. All body shapes there so no need for anyone to worry about how they look. I've deducted 1 star as the weights need servicing. Cables need retentioning and the like. Everything works, just needs some attention. But I was very pleased and will be staying

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym a few weeks now and it's brilliant. Felt very self conscious being a bigger girl but everyone is lovely, will always say hello and the equipment is brilliant. Literally only down side is it could ideally do with a bench and hooks in the ladies so it's easier to change but otherwise I highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: Been here a few weeks now quite busy due to January. I'm always wary of the big body builder type. But in here they are really helpful and friendly. The gym closes at 1 it's not the biggest but a friendly atmosphere and I think very reasonable on price. The staff are friendly and willing g to help with anything also. I was just going to stay for a month and rejoin Bannatynes but im not going to now .
