Fantastic experience: Such a great vibe, amazing equipment and very friendly! My favourite gym to workout at, without a doubt. 11/10

Negative experience: I couldnt get through by phone or email to join this gym. No replies, no answer. Enquiry system on website got no response.

Fantastic experience: I returned to the gym after years of cycling, more for rehab on injuries than anything else. However after joining I found the gym to be very welcoming and never busy so ended up going most days and getting back into the gym routine. Martyn and Stefan are very friendly and happy to chat. The equipment is excellent and there is more than enough even if it’s a busier time of the day. It’s convenient for me to have 24/7 access as well. I would thoroughly recommend Bespoke Fitness.

Fantastic experience: 25 years have passed since I was an Olympic Team athlete..... children, life and a real dread of going back into a gym again especially as I am a normal unfit human being! I plucked up the courage to get fit again... (normal level!) Stefan has been brilliant in understanding the past, making me not feel useless at being unfit and encouraging to me to keep going. 25 years ago I would have been equally happy to have Stefan training me as a professional athlete at a completely different level. Stefan has excellent knowledge, keeps it varied and pushes, this is a proper gym, with proper equipment and a proper instructor. It maybe 25 years since I was super fit but I know a good gym when I find one!

Fantastic experience: Bespoke is by far the best gym I’ve been to. The equipment is some of the best and Stefan always goes above and beyond for his customers and clients. It’s never overcrowded like commercial gyms and it’s super easy to access 24 hours. Would recommend to absolutely everyone.

Fantastic experience: An excellent and well equipped gym with brilliant PT sessions. Stefan provides very professional and bespoke sessions to all abilities. Very responsive to any queries you might have on all forms of communication.

Fantastic experience: Stefan is amazing. He is an excellent personal trainer, who goes above and beyond for his clients . His training plans are tailored to suit each individual and his sessions always work you hard and he has good ability to get always get the best from you. The gym is very relaxed and welcoming, never feeling too busy Would highly recommend both Stefan and the gym.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the 1 to 1 sessions I had with Stefan. After having my second baby I wanted help to loose weight and get my fitness back. The weekly sessions were so varied and something to look forward to. Not only did I achieve my targets I also learnt how to exercise properly and utilise the gym. Very much recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Great little gym. Superbly equipped, you can tell the owners are actually training themselves. Good for weights and calisthenics equally. They have gears for powerlifting (even some chalk and belts), but also a good monkey bar and paralettes. Practically everything, regardless what type of training you do. The 24H access is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Have tried different gyms and worked with various PT’s. I find Stefan’s gym to be a great place with relaxed but professional environment, his training sessions get the best out of me and definitely make a difference, Recommend to anyone at any level.

Fantastic experience: Stefan is extremely professional in his approach to helping people achieve their goals regardless of how difficult it may seem to you. I was apprehensive to start a programme as I work long hours and cannot get to the gym on a regular basis. However, He incorporates a plan which is much better than anything I have previously seen and one of the few that has helped me achieve my goals by allowing me to work from home without any equipment. The app is very easy to use and gives you clear demonstrations on how to complete each exercise. I would certainly reccomend Bespoke fitness, especially if you have tried other programmes before and not been able to stick to them as this really does work.
