Fantastic experience: Best gym by far! Great atmosphere, lots of equipment so never any waiting or queues. Gym is split over 2 floors. Weights are on the ground floor and cardio & classes are on the first floor. Everyone from the staff to the members are so welcoming and friendly, it feels like a family. It’s a great place to train!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym/fitness centre. The layout of the gym and the way the lighting is designed is very good! The atmosphere is fantastic. The food provided for after training is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Iam biased but Great gym very well equipped just had a refurb all our staff are very help ful We have 3 floors top floor is Our MMA gym Wrestling, jiu jitsu, boxing, thai boxing and MMA for kids and adults Middle floor is a brand new functional training room where all fitness circuits go on Ground floor is a well equipped weights gym Changing facilities and cafe. ️‍♂️‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I have trained in many gym's over the years. this one I find the best for many reasons. To mention just a few the equipment is excellent and has everything I need the weights/equipment are never left out on the floor everything is always put back in its place. The staff are great. The atmosphere make it for me, great music pumping and friendly members. The studio is awesome amazing functional training area.

Fantastic experience: Nice, no-frills, good value "industrial style" gym with friendly staff. Somewhere between a commercial gym and a hardcore one. Never that busy, busiest when a scheduled class is on, which anyone can join in, no booking or payment required. Think of a large hall with celling two floors up. Lots of floor space, weights and bars, machines at the end and along one side, free weights on the other side, a few box rooms upstairs at each end for spin classes, spa and massage, plus an open reception desk. Changing room and small café. It's a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark when I visited. Google maps will send you to where the Roller Rink and Go Karting is - it's not there! It's actually through the gate nearest Pottery Road. There's no obvious sign.
