Fantastic experience: I started impact fitness over 6 months ago. Before this I’d never taken time to do anything for myself just because life is so busy. And never made time for me. Only now I’m starting to learn that these are the things we should be doing for ourselves. If we don’t no one else will. But after Xmas starting with a friend Jennifer. 7 months now I’m still loving it I go 3 times a week. I enjoy it being only girls. Sinead is the loviest girl. Plenty of advice and support. Checking up on you making sure your comfortable with all workout. I love the gym and was highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Best thing I have ever done is join impact with Sinead! I have been attending SGPT for 4 weeks now and have just signed up for another 4 weeks! I hadn’t been to a gym in probably over 5 years and had the fear of going to the gym. When looking for a small private gym in my local area there wasn’t many and when I came across impacts Facebook I liked how private it looked and had sent Sinead a message. We arranged a consultation and once I met Sinead I knew this was the right gym for me to join! Sinead is very welcoming and has a wealth of knowledge regarding health and fitness. The SGPT classes have been amazing and everyone is so welcoming. Honestly if you have gym fear and would like to not just train but have a good hour for yourself in a private with a great trainer and great members give impact a message.
