Fantastic experience: Visited first thing this morning for a push session.. Ended up getting carried away and doing a bit of back and biceps thanks to the huge amount of equipment. There's a large range of specialist pieces ranging from your usual Hammer Strength stuff, old school life fitness, prime, Cybex classic, cardio section and more. Lots of attachments, many that I don't normally see in gyms, the comp bench was great to use and plenty of iron plates all round. Will definetely visit again in the future, I got a day pass as was in the area, seems to be the best gym in the area by far. Such a friendly bunch of people willing to have a chat about the equipment and future plans, hopefully see you some point next year, thanks

Fantastic experience: I just been two times ,because I'm not living in Frome. But those two sessions was excellent . Stuff is great and polite, atmosphere in gym is great, and of course people are amazing. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from Canada and discovered this gym. I think it very well May be my favourite gym I have ever been to in my entire life and I do not say that lightly. The equipment and atmosphere is awesome and I like the music selection. It’s just a really great place for serious weightlifters to go and very well managed. I wish we had a gym this good in the city that I live in. If it had a hot tub and/or sauna, I would give it six stars! Awesome, Awesome fitness center.

Fantastic experience: after being at another gym where i was discriminated for being disabled i joined falcon, i’ve nearly been here for a year and it was the best decision i have made, everyone is so welcoming. as you walk in you get greeted by the most amazing people with a huge smile, the equipment is top notch and i would recommend this gym to anyone. honestly not only the best gym but the best owners, staff and other gym goers ❤️❤️ i love being a part of the falcon family

Fantastic experience: Fab variety of equipment here, especially for bringing up certain muscle groups. All the grips for pull-downs, at least 3 leg presses & good variety for calisthenics athletes, strongman/ power lifter & general beginners too! Always greeted with a welcome & nothing is ever too much for the staff!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a good atmosphere. Can really step up your motivation. Its a huge space with loads of equipment from free weights, machines, powerlifting area etc etc. Staff and pts are on point to suit everyone from beginners to advanced prepping for comps

Fantastic experience: I'm always talking to people about atmosphere and environment when it comes to training. Some places have one and not the other, some places have neither. Falcon has both, as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a smiley face and friendly staff. The gym wasn't too busy but still had a buzz about the place and the music wasn't overbearingly loud. Having never visited before, from just looking around at all the different machines, the posters and trophies on the wall and the general feeling of the place, we immediately felt at home. We didn't get a chance to have a play on all the machines, but that's given us a great excuse to come back. I'd say this is definitely a place worth traveling to if you want to try a different place to train!

Fantastic experience: As a powerlifter and coach local to Frome, Falcon has been a god send for myself and the group I coach to go and train for our upcoming comps. It has enough space for our group to do full ups and all comp standard kit to get used to for comp, including a monolift that fairly rare for a lot of gyms that aren't super specific to powerlifting. It has so much kit that getting a good variety of accessories done is no issue either. There is very little you would add to this place if you could. Dean and his team are always welcoming and helpful - more than happy to help at any notice too.

Negative experience: As the Rogue (calibrated) plates belong to 'Jon', and aren't for general/day pass use, this would be a wasted trip for any powerlifter. (The cast iron plate selection is a complete mix and mash, and of course none will be the advertised weight). The bar selection is also limited to the 'cheaper' varieties, with the competition standard equipment again locked and not for use. (The Strengthshop deadlift bar is not used in any PL federation). The saving grace is that it only cost £5 to find this information out. The rest of the gym is decent. Rating is purely for the misinformation given regarding who this gym caters for.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy training at Falcon Fitness, Frome. As a competitive powerlifter, the gym has all I need….and MORE! A competition bench, monolift, deadlift platforms and a power rack which are essentials for my training, with an array of different speciality bars for all kinds of variations and enough plates to ensure you’re never kept waiting. Several racks of dumbbells, machines for all the major body parts, as well as a range of resistance bands means I can alternate my assistance work each session. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and other members add to the fantastic atmosphere. There is even a meal-prep company on site, and a vast selection of supplements available to purchase ‘by the scoop’ or in tubs to take home. Falcon Fitness = all bases covered!

Fantastic experience: Taking a break from London and found this gym to train in while I’m here. AMAZING find! Wish there were more like this where I lived. Super friendly and great equipment.

Fantastic experience: Such a great all rounder gym! Ace vibe, fab well looked after kit, huge space, with very helpful staff love the fact the specialist bars are kept in a respectful way, locked up so they’re not getting trashed with general use, all you need do is ask for the key, and staff will happily help you get them when needed. Nothing worse than seeing an expensive bar getting destroyed by rack pulls when they’re specific to powerlifting. Plus what a beautiful monolift, such a huge bonus

Fantastic experience: I recently changed gyms from another local frome one, to this place. Best decision I made. The help support and genuine care they have is what makes this place great, alongside good solid equipment, the atmosphere, the big plans. I'd recommend this place to any one, young or old, no matter what sport. Id get down to falcon to reach your goal. Train hard and go home, but have a laugh whilst you do.

Fantastic experience: This a great gym that has excellent equipment, the staff are great for training and friendly to just to chat, they will help you with anything that you wish to work on with your own personal training cards. Great place you meet other people and get to know them, it is a place to workout and to have a laugh.
