Fantastic experience: Great little gym for serious lifters, no crossfit, loads of free weights, only1 treadmill, plenty of 25 plates. Beware of the stairs after smashing legs.

Fantastic experience: My first ever gym i started at. Safe to say best local gym Ive been to! Mick the owner is fab hes supported me through anything answered any questions i have! I did sign up to Clifford as i used to work next to it so it was convenient for me but i didn't like at all if got far to busy in the end! so i went back to my roots and i haven't looked back! if you're looking for a small friendly local gym at a great price this is your place to be everyone is welcoming and are so supportive towards to new comers! if you wanna make a change to your self and have that support then i would defiantly tell anyone to come to Muscle tone Gym. Its taken me from eating one meal a day and thinking i would lose weight to eating like a proper fitness freak and Ive seen results straight away. Ive learnt so much about myself and how to keep healthy! i could not fault it one bit!! xx
